Hotel central for everything, all staff helpfull & friendly, Breakfast was good, plenty to help yourself with, to start your day ..
We always stay in this hotel as it’s very good
There’s not as much choice at breakfast as there used to be a bit disappointed under new management
Breakfast was excellant.
The hotel looked tired. A good lick of paint and updating (no phone/Computer charging points in bedroom or lounge)
TV didnt work on several occasions where we had to phone reception to override.
Ok
Tv didn’t work, room was too hot No a/c
Blood on bed cover.
Parking non existent
Terrible experience
The room was really clean and spacious and a large bathroom. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to train station and straight out onto the promenade. We had some drinks and nibbles in the terrace bar which had a great view of the sea and pier. We made great use of the pool which was brilliant during the heatwave. Staff were very friendly and professional. Would stay again.
Nothing negative to report. The room was quite warm due to the weather but they did bring me a fan very quickly after I asked at reception.
位置很好,过马路就是海边
天气热的时候,房间里太闷了,也许是赶上这几天天气实在是太好了。另外,早餐的种类再多一些就好了
Really beautiful hotel great pool & staff
Everything
Pool breakfast evening entertainment especially.Harp player
Would have liked a sea view
Hotel was very good location excellent breakfast was good
Location, soft piano music in the lounge in the evening, beautiful reception area with nice sofas/pillows, chandeliers, roses grown in small pots . All these lovely thoughtful touches make your stay welcome and at ease. Our room was spotless. Bathroom was spacious. There are 2 lifts in the hotel. Receptionists were very helpful and polite. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, served quickly, well staffed for a weekend. I loved the option to order a chef prepared hot meal. The hotel is very well looked after, thank you the management team. Well catered too, evening meal was delicious. I loved that you created a terrace menu for a specific date. It was easy to choose from and served very quickly. A perfect stay for us.
Nothing to complain about.
The location
The staff at the reception were the rudest ppl. They don’t have air condition or the basic amenities that a four star hotel provided
Staff are a credit to the hotel, friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Pool was great and my daughter loved going in it twice a day. I also really liked the music in the bar. One night was the piano and another was the harp, it was beautiful.
Nice friendly hotel, central location. Clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds.
This stay, we were given a room on the 5th floor. This floor has been added on to the original building (you can see from the outside). Our room was small, basic and impersonal and not worth £130 a night. Low ceiling unlike previous rooms we have been in which had high ceilings and were very spacious. Our room this time was nothing like the photos on the website.
