Excellent hotel in the centre of Llandudno over looking the Sea. I’ve stayed at this hotel on the number of occasions and every time the service, rooms and food have been excellent. The location is superb being in the centre of Llandudno only minutes walk to the promenade and the pier.
Breakfast was adequate
Manager was much like Basil Fawlty ! I had to ask 4 times to put a wedge in the window..in the end, it almost took an argument.
Room was very expensive and quite tatty
Our larger room at front corner ,excellent view.
Best and MOST COMFORTABLE BED ever….
Good b fast, bar snacks very good if you don’t want dinner.
Lovely staff.
Crazy …. toilet roll holder in bathroom, not close to toilet ,though there were plenty on sistern.
Parking limited but plenty pay n display at front, was better for us as space was pretty tight for today larger cars!
The size and view from the room. The breakfast ladies were lovely.
Receptionists appeared distracted at times and didn't know how the systems work. Created a bit of stress at arrival.
Location
Aww
Food very good.Comfortable spacious room.Staff efficient and friendly.Ideal location on the sea front
Everything fine
The exceptionally friendly staff and welcome that we had on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean ...comfortable beds and facilities in the room more than adequate. Food was first class, and the evening topped off with a wonderful pianist to entertain us. The gym and pool facilities were also top notch...
Nothing :)
Location, friendly staff, fabulous view

Friendly, good service, good location
everything about it
nothing
Right on the prom, not far from the centre of town. Lovely large room with a great shower. Gym and indoor pool was lovely too
Customer service was very good
Walk in shower not in most rooms
It was very clean and comfortable. I wanted a quiet room and had 527. It was great. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had the bar menu twice and the food was excellent as was the breakfast which had a lot of choices.
Could not fault it.
nothing
The staff at the Imperial were very friendly and helpful.
The self service breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
The hotel itself is in a superb location on the promenade
The hotel was rather dated and in need of a face-lift
The rooms are not air-conditioned and the heat was unbearable during
the recent heat wave as we were on the 5th floor. Also no fridge in the room
We enjoyed a large bedroom which was well maintained and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. Location was overlooking the sea and the wide promenade.
Car parking is an issue as the hotel has limited spaces available on a first come basis. On the one occasion we were unable to park at the location we found an alternative close at hand.
Food was excellent and the staff in both restaurants were superb.
Although we arrived early and appreciated that we would not have access to our rooms I attempted to present my card etc and complete the registration and payment. I was fully aware that rooms would not be available until 3pm. However at reception met with an extremely unhappy receptionist who despite me apologizing for arriving early (1pm) did she wish to take my card details etc. However she banged her hand down on a pile of paperwork and informed me 'I have got to get through all of these first, you need to come back'. Her tone was extremely discourteous. This was my third stay at The Imperial, however, following this encounter I am disinclined to stay again! This particular receptionist would do well to update her 'Customer Care'! She is on the front-line of the reputation of the Hotel, and for me, let the Hotel down,
The room was very large and clean. The location was great and the lounge area was very comfortable.
The room was quite expensive and breakfast was nice, but nothing special.
