Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Slept really well, nice big bathroom. Loved the pool and the steam room. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Everything was grate want to go again.

It’s a beautiful Hotel the staff were all vey nice and friendly could not fault our stay would go back soon.

The location is excellent.
Breakfast on the terrace is lovely
The staff are so helpful and accommodating.
We stayed here to get married and just before the walk to the registry office the heavens opened despite favourable weather reports. The umbrellas were in the car and a walk away. The fabulous receptionist tried to ring taxi’s to no avail and lent us her own umbrella to try a protect the hair!
Life saver!
All other staff were so helpful and couldn’t fault them.

Cons:

Dated property, but maybe part of the charm?

A lovely hotel
Pros:

Location very good. Spotlessly clean

Cons:

Reception staff were particularly unpleasant. Although questions were answered they made you feel you were interrupting and inconvenient

Relaxing Seadide Break
Pros:

Relaxed and comforyable short break with good food. Great to unwind and enjoy Llandudno, without hassle.

Cons:

There is a service charge on everything including check out. Obviously, it is discressionary but I believe was off putting for some guests. I paid fee for all meals, but do you really need it at check out as well?

Excellent hotel in good seafront position
Pros:

I first selected the hotel as it was only 5 minutes walk from the station and on the sea front. I was able to leave my luggage until 3 o’clock check-in. The sea view room was comfortable, the lifts were essential as it was on the 5th floor. Breakfast was excellent in a spacious dining room. I had 1 evening meal in my 3 night stay and this met my expectations.

Every thing met my expectations.
