Large room, friendly staff in restaurant, lovely breakfast
The bathroom is a bit dated, no hand shower, a bit cold in the room. Some parts of the hotel need modernization
Localização; vista da sala do pequeno almoço; decoração
I love the Hotel the staff the food
Unfortunately I had are room not up to Imperial standard as know them to be and had to report my views on check out they were very pleasant and agreed to see to the complaint
Fabulous location and superb staff, friendly and helpful. Nicely busy so a good buzz about the place even midweek off season. Good choice of menu options including daily specials all served with a smile. Comfortable room with a large bathroom. Good breakfast buffet or menu options for things like kippers, haddock or smoked salmon. Filter coffee as well as a bean to cup machine. Great view from the terrace.
Decor is a little tired especially in our room. Food and drink quite pricey but decent choices. No usb ports anywhere in the hotel! Pool is a bit more functional than fun.
Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were polite and pleasant. Rooms clean and tidy.
No complaints
Breakfast v good allowing for gluten free diet.
Central location. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable priced drinks
Had to ask for heating to be put on .. rooms are individually heated as thermostat is set low.
Food was excellent and very attentive.
We had a premier room which was large with lovely view of the pier and beach, but i thought it was very expensive because the bed was veryun confortable the curtain was riipped and also one of the chairs
I thought in general the overall look needed a bit of a upgrade.

Superb from start to finish, every member of staff so polite and attentive, facilities are fantastic and have re-booked to come again later this year
The only disappointment was that we hadn’t discovered this hotel any sooner as been coming to Llandudno for several years
Everything location, staff,food,and facilities
Having to leave
Location of hotel very convenient close to train station, town shops and promenade.
Over bath shower with rubber slip mat in the bath. If the mat is not secure it slips about. My friend slipped and cut his ear on the shower fitting.
I had a frightening experience when a man tried my door at 4.20 am. I dived out of bed and looked through the spy glass... he was stood there in his underpants. He went away and came back 5 minutes later. Very scary for a woman on her own. This was reported to the hotel.
Exelent.lovely well cooked breakfast.
