Very good hotel
Excellent location with very friendly staff
Lovely traditional seaside hotel. Good location. Parking. Friendly helpful staff.
A little faded in places. Seaview room, but only from balcony.
Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and polite. The dining area was a nice big room and we could sit wherever we liked. The breakfast was a buffet style breakfast and there was everything you could ask for available. There was a nice variety of cooked food , bacon, egg, sausage, beans scrambled egg, tomatoes black pudding fried eggs mushrooms. You could also choose from a menu if you wanted something different but had to pay extra for his. The toasting machine was excellent and the bread was very nice. There was also a drinks machine which provided different types of coffees and hot chocolate.
The dinner was also just as good. There were three menus to choose from so you could always choose something good for dinner. If you had any wine left over they would save it for you for next day. All in all we couldn't fault it.
The only fault we could find was the bar drinks. They didn't have any bitter. It was all mostly lager which I don't like. They did have Guinness but it wasn't very good. My suggestion for them would be is to have a small selection of bitters in cans to choose from, hence everyones happy.
Other than that our stay at the imperial was great and won't hesitate to go back.
Remember to take your swim wear the pool is excellent.

We just thought the breakfast was a bit of disappointment. Not a good choice of fruit and main breakfast only just warm enough. We had to get our own cups of tea too. I only say this as I recently stopped at another hotel in Llandudno and their breakfast was a more pleasant experience as regards service and choices of fruit.
Location of hotel and the room were really good, room was exceptionally clean.
Didn't like the self-service breakfast; food wasn't very warm.
