Went to get food and was met by a rude girl who said they would come get our order 25minuites later had to go and look food was awful and not much and the food smelt that it had been cooked with another product being a vegan I did not consume

Hallway to rooms, carpets dirty. Bathroom old and tired and just wiped clean. Best barely comfortable. No aircon, tatty blinds, iron mark on carpet. Toilets in reception area, hot and smelly.

The breakfast buffet was excellent but our sunday afternoon meal was not worth it. Very poor
The restricted access times for paying guests staying at the hotel like myself, into the spa was rather disappointing! I felt rushed when checking-in... in order to be able to enjoy the facility at my leisure, only having a limited time to enjoy the spa made me feel unwanted. Not the welcome I was expecting, especially when the spa was one of the attractions when booking the property in the first place ! (Unfortunately I missed out on the experience).

Room was very tired looking. Furniture was in poor condition. Windows did not close properly, there were no curtains to restrict any draft or noise. The blinds in situ were old and in poor condition. I could imagine it being very cold in the winter plus the room was above the Jacuzzi area and I could hear every conversation from the Jacuzzi, and this went on for hours until the spa closed at night. This was not the relaxing experience I was expecting. The TV signal was annoyingly poor with constant lags & delays with poor picture quality! The shower head only reaches halfway up the rail making it impossible to enjoy a good shower. Plug sockets for chargers were in awkward places, it was a frustration especially when trying to charge a phone or use a laptop at the desk provided.
To be realistic, I would not be in a hurry to recommend the hotel in a hurry !
