Nice location
Bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Window didn’t shut properly.
Desperately in need for an upgrade!
The Spa was amazing with very helpful staff. Check in desk was helpful and gave information needed for my stay
The rooms were very dated in the decor. The mattress was hard and I didn’t sleep properly and there was no fridge in the room

Rooms extremely hot old dated bed was so noisy never ever had a bed made so much noise every time I moved an inch in my life!!

Booked for the Gym but when got there told wasnt open

Smoker outside my window, chatting during the evening and through the night, it was so hot in the room, you had to have the windows open, so it’s really a catch 22 situation. Do you have the window open? Do you not have the window open either way too hot or smoke smell. No air-conditioning in any of the rooms.
