Attitude of staff who were friendly professional and efficient
Our room was a little 'tired' and, in our opinion, would benefit from some refurbishment especially the lighting and bathroom.
Location , the room I requested had a garden view which was lovely , the room was spacious and very comfortable

It was handy to areas I needed to visit.
The staff were cheery and helpful.
Unfortunately it was warm in the room. We had a small fan, but some nights it was still very warm.
It does need refurbishing, and I did feel the food was lacking.
Staff are so friendly and kind. The manager goes above and beyond to help he was very supportive

Property requires renovation and much more attention on cleaning, I found hair in the bathroom which is not acceptable
The pool and outdoor hot tubs.
The room was dull, everything needed updating, the television was ancient and being in a family room with three occupants, you would think there be three biscuits/ho chocolate options, but no!!!!
So as it was my birthday they day before the upgraded us to a very beautiful honeymoon suite the ground was lovely the sun was shine so we sat on the terrace most of the afternoon to late evening
Was a leaving party in the function room below us that went on till 1:30 and the breakfast was great but besides that we would definitely stay again and this time use the spa as well

We had a fantastic stay at Gomersal Park. We were kindly upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was a really lovely touch and made our stay even more special. We really enjoyed our time there, the lunch was very nice, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!
