The room was spacious and it’s near to Paragon Mall and Lucky Plaza. Both places are walking distance

Very spacious room, easy access to paragon mall and lucky plaze. The room very clean.

Value for money and clean. Accessible to nearby hospitals, shopping malls and restaurants.

Location is excellent, it’s just a few minutes walk to Scotts / Orchard Roads and The Paragon S/C. Some hotel guests however, may find the return uphill slightly challenging.

Love The Quincy’s quirkiness and the warm atmosphere it exudes. The 24 hour casual lounge at the lobby is a bonus, with a coffee machine (hah yes Aussies, you can get your favourite flat white) and the mini fridge, if you ever need to quench your thirst. Also, there is the gym, the infinity pool, steam and sauna.room.

It has a good value equation in Singapore context, the room rates are no more expensive than lesser hotels in the Orchard Road precinct.

The room is modern and spacious, even with a king bed, there are still room for your suitcases. It is very clean, the layout functional. It has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable few nights.

The Quincy’s location, being away from the vehicular thoroughfare means that it’s possible to get a good night sleep. The room is reasonably well insulated but you do hear running water when neighbouring unit flushes the toilet.

A special shout-out to Ms. Cary Goh (& Mr. Mamat) for being so friendly and welcoming during my check in (also whenever she is on front desk duties). For even a seasoned traveller , it does help to eliminate some of the travel associated stresses.
I should also mention a Ms. Sheryl, who, without my prompting, offered me her umbrella for my hike of MacRitchie Reservoir Park. The umbrella certainly come in handy, as the Rain God decided to pay us hikers a thunderous visit, an hour into my hike.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the exceptional staff and service especially Cary. I arrived at the hotel close to 9:00 PM and was greeted with such a warm welcome. Cary’s cheerful personality, bright smile, and friendly voice immediately made me feel at home. She even offered a welcome ice cream, which was a lovely touch after a long day. Shortly after checking in, I discovered that the TV remote in my room wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk, and Cary arrived at my room in less than two minutes to replace the batteries. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Throughout my stay, especially over the weekend, Cary would take the time to check in with me, ask how my stay was going, and recommend places to visit around the area. Those thoughtful conversations made me feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to my experience.
The service I received was truly outstanding. I would happily ask my company to book this hotel again, and one of the reasons is the excellent hospitality provided by Cary. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to see her when I checked out today, but I wanted to make sure her kindness, professionalism, and dedication were recognized.

Was there for a short getaway. Everything was great especially the service from Cary! From checking in till we checked out! She firstly greeted us with a great & friendly smile which was very welcoming, during the stay whenever we come back and when she saw us she will always ask how was our day, welcoming us back and introduced us a drink which was really cooling in this hot weather, during the last day she still tried her best to accommodate to our request, helped us with our luggage (small skinny lady with great strength). It’s was really a great stay, will be back the next time. It’s unforgettable!

Your staff (especially Cheryl, Lois abd Cary) made us feel very welcome. Lots of family feel. Thanks.

Definitely the hotel which I would go to whenever I travel to Singapore! Great food & great staffs especially Cary! She is one of the biggest reason to why I would come back as she is a super friendly girl who always greets me with cute & pretty smile! She always asked how was my stay, checking on how am I doing, giving me some recommendations to places to have nice food & where I can spend my day. She was very attentive & always try to accommodate to my requests! It’s wonderful stay & wonderful to have meet her!
