Pros:

The attentiveness of the staff was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't always working. The television program was limited, and no shower gel.

Wij verbleven op 5 en 6 mei in Atrium Hotel Sint Maarten en helaas was onze ervaring zeer teleurstellend.

Bij aankomst bleek de eerste kamer een sterke onaangename geur te hebben en totaal niet fris aan te voelen. Na melding bij de receptie kregen wij een andere kamer toegewezen. Helaas was ook deze kamer niet schoon: onder de salontafel lagen nog spullen van vorige gasten en het aanrecht was zichtbaar vies.

De receptie heeft geprobeerd ons tegemoet te komen, maar gaf uiteindelijk aan dat wij contact moesten opnemen met booking.com.

Door deze slechte ervaring hebben wij besloten te vertrekken en naar een ander hotel te gaan, omdat wij geen vertrouwen meer hadden in de hygiëne en kwaliteit van het hotel.

Wij vinden het jammer dat ons verblijf op deze manier is verlopen. Uiteindelijk hebben we $19 teruggestort gekregen. De rest van ons geld konden ze, aldus de receptie niet terugstorten.

Best Spot On The Island
Pros:

1) Location - right on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, two restaurants and beach bars, and a pool.
2) Staff - Dawn, Sonia, Camillia, Aliyah, and Kendrick are exceptional. Need reservations, a taxi, anything for the room, they'll take care of it. Plus, it's always nice to be acknowledged when you walk by the desk. Martin will set you up with beach loungers and umbrellas during the day in your preferred spot, and provides great security at night.
3) More location - food shopping, stores, and about 40 restaurants and a fabulous bakery are all within walking distance. Want a rental car to tour the island? Walk across the street and pick one up at Tropicana

well, the security officer who should be there at night jas not been seen. Hotel promised the he would call a taxi early in the morning @ 5"30am to catch an early flight. Problems. .

A great stay and will most likely return.

Great Ocean View on the 6 th floor.

Cons:

The water temp for the shower was cool. It took a few days to have it fixed. I know the front desk informed maintenance but I believe it wasn’t fixed until Dawn was informed.
