One of our elevators will be out of service until December 6 as we await its replacement. One of our elevators will still be operational during this time, but wait times may be longer. Additionally, our resort will have exterior paint work ongoing until October 31. The inside of the resort and guest units will not be affected. Workers will be present and working daily during business hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Unfriendly Staff and Not a Great Experience.
Pros:

The only staff member who was friendly and helpful was named Dawn. The rest of the staff barely acknowledged you. I arrived at the airport with my parents around 1 pm, knowing Check-in was 4 pm. However, before we could even say a word, we were greeted with a "You are too early. Check-in is at 4 pm." We did not even get a "Hello and welcome" before you were too early, it was stated. My father is an amputee and wasn't even offered a seat. They just wanted us out of the lobby. All we wanted to do was to store our luggage and come back at 4 pm. When we did get our rooms, my room was still dirty, and my parents did not have a working air conditioner in the living room. They were responsive, but having two rooms in the same party having issues right away was concerning. The staff all seemed like they couldn't be bothered, except Dawn. It didn't get much better.

Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, cafes and even a cinema. If you’re able to walk you pretty much can do so to these places. Every place I went to took about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The property is very clean and there’s a pool and beach as well. If I am to return to SXM I’ll definitely stay at atrium again.

Cons:

The WiFi connection could have been better. Especially with the tv. Stuff would play from my laptop but the tv would buff every 5 minutes. One of their elevators was down. They mentioned it to me prior to arriving so I’m not going to bash them for it however they need to speed up the process in getting it fixed. Nonetheless my overall experience with atrium was very good.

Un bon séjour.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la suite et la discrétion du personnel. Par ailleurs les facilités de parking sécurisé sont un avantage certain dans la zone ou ce n'est pas facile.

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient dont nous avons fait part à l'enquête diligentée par l'établissement est le bruit provenant de clients peu soucieux de la tranquillité des autres occupants de l'hôtel.

It’s was a okay stay for the price of the hotel I guess

Cons:

The resort spa was very dated.
Needed. Pack of Advil for a headache around 9pm. The front desk inform that The vending machine was down.
There was no hot water 7/16 at 10pm.
The front desk was closed.
