A Gem to Stay In
Pros:

Lots of cafés around. Location was great. Room was fantastic. So clean and good space for two. Receptionist Monica is a gem. So helpful. Ladies who cleaned the room were also very obliging. Will surely recommend.

Bliskość Kazimierza pozwala zwiedzić super knajpy i zobaczyć Kraków tętniący życiem. Obsługa w recepcji wspaniała zadbała o wszystko. Pokój bardzo przestronny. Kosmetyki zostawione do korzystania bardzo fajne. W hotelu cisza. Przestronny cudowny balkon. I super opcja z wodą w pokoju

Pros:

スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで親切でした。観光スポットへのアクセスが抜群で旧市街はもちろん、郊外へ出るのも便利でした。シャワーの水流や温度も問題ありませんでした。

Cons:

最上階（５階）の部屋だったので（なぜかエレベーターが４階までしかない）、荷物の上げ下ろしのみ大変でしたがそれ以外は特にありません。ただし５階は静かで天窓のある部屋だったので部屋自体は一番いいかもしれません。

Жаль, что не предупреждают, что вас поселят на мансардном этаже , куда не ходит лифт.

Był to drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Dostałam ten sam pokój, co poprzednio i bardzo mnie to ucieszyło. Pokój jest ładny i wygodny. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację- pobyt na Kazimierzu.

Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren super Komfortabel und die Betten waren super bequem. Das Zimmer hatte eine perfekte Größe und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Hotel was close to city centre but was also off main roads which reduced noise which was lovely. The room was very clean and cozy and I loved it for the cost. Cleaning Staff were very good at their job and reception was very helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
