For stays of 4 nights or less, the following are included in the cleaning service: beds made, towels changed, bathroom cleaned and trash emptied.

For week stays, the following are included in the cleaning service, which is provided on the 7th day: bed linen and towels changed, beds made, complete cleaning of the apartment (except for the kitchen area).

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.

Please note that guests paying in cash must pay a EUR 300 deposit upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure.

Air conditioning is not available in Summer 2020.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L'accueil est efficace et précis. Le logement est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et correspond à la description sur le site.
Les produits pour se laver sont un plus indéniables.
Les fenêtres peuvent s'ouvrir et sont équipées de doubles rideau. L'environnement est calme et champêtre; très agréable.
Le séjour s'est déroulé dans des conditions très agréables.
Pour ce qui est de la localisation dans Grenoble, nous avons pu faire l'ensemble de nos déplacements à pieds, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.
Des transports en commun sont par ailleurs tout proches, mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin.

Cons:

Nous avons reçu la veille du séjour un message mail précisant que le parking n'était pas un parking privatif de l"hotel. Je n'ai pas vu ce message avant d'arriver à l'hotel.
Nous avons été un peu dans la difficulté de remonter nos affaires dans le logement.
Cette précision devrait être ajoutée sur le site afin que les voyageurs s'équipent de bagages roulant par exemple.
