Gostei demais do hotel! Ficamos uma diária apenas, mas fomos muito bem recebidos. O pessoal da recepção muito educado e solicito. Tínhamos um voo muito cedo, preparam uma box com itens de café da manhã para levarmos! A localização foi um diferencial também: bem próximo da estação de metrô. Para quem não está de carro é muito bom!

Hotel itself shouldn’t be a 4 star more like 2 star but staff were great

The staff for lovely and very accommodating

Cons:

We had the safe not working and had to wait the next morning for it to be fixed! Then the air con started to leak in room 313 the staff told us to pack our bags before we left in the morning and if they can’t fix it they will move us, we got back in the evening and they moved us to 311 however the guy at the reception had to move our bags etc as no one previously moved it, got to the room and again the air con started leaking again! Not the best and defo over priced for the hotel that it is wouldn’t recommend it nor visit back sorry
