It's a 5-6 min walk down to the metro station which easily connects to the rest of the city. The breakfast was a good variety of different foods served buffet style.
The area walking to the metro station and surrounding the hotel was dirty with trash everywhere and did not feel the most safe. While the rest of the staff seemed friendly, I do have a complaint with one of the reception staff. We went to ask her where do purchase the city bus and metro tickets for public transportation. Then she told us not to buy those tickets and instead buy a tourist hop on hop off bus ticket from her for about €30 each (there were 2 of us). She made it seem like these buses travel all over Rome and that we could catch the buses right outside the hotel which is not the case. After we had bought the ticket we asked where is the bus stop then she told us we need to go to the metro station and buy a ticket to get to the collosseum and walk 10 min to the bus stop from there. At the metro station we ended purchasing a 3 day pass for all public transportation in rome for €15 which was way more worth it that the tourist bus sold to us by the hotel. Lastly, we had a few items of clothes stolen from our room. When we got home we realised the items were missing and emailed the hotel and they said they didn't find anything meaning one of the cleaning staff must have helped themselves to our belongings. For the amount you pay, this hotel is really not worth it!
Personale molto cordiale e struttura pulitissima
Ontbijt was prima, locatie hele fijn( dichtbij metro).
Enige minpunt was dat er een waterkoker en koffie/ thee ontbrak op de kamers.
Staff molto cordiale e gentile
Manutenzione assente, scarsa pulizia e posizione rispetto ai servizi pubblici poco favorevole. Stanza eccessivamente calda con climatizzazione quasi assente.

Albergo ricavato sa una struttura per pellegrini tipico a Roma. Aria condizionata ovunque tranne che in ascensore, un forno. In generale vecchiotto ma accogliente. Colazione buona dai...

Mi serviva una struttura vicino il centro psicotecnico della polizia di stato e questa si trova esattamente di fronte, pulita e con personale cordiale e disponibile
Stanza non adeguatamente condizionata e arredamenti e finiture un po' rovinate o datate per il prezzo pagato (circa 100€ a notte)

Habitación cómoda
El personal no le resolvió nunca que ma caja de seguridad no servía en habitación y tuve que dejar mis cosas en recepción. El breakfast lunch que solicité por tener que salir muy temprano al aeropuerto una burla. Pagué desayuno por toda la estancia y lo que pedí fue una porquería. En la habitación el lavado muy pequeño no se pueden poner los artículos de baño, y ni siquiera una repisa.
Good hotel and the garden was a good place to relax after long and good day.
Struttura molto bella, camere molto grandi con accesso per persone con mobilità ridotta. Servizi offerti oltre l’immaginazione. Le camere essendo così grandi e distanti tra loro non mi hanno fatto sentire alcun rumore provenire dal corridoio o dalle altre stanze.
Visti gli arredi già un po datati, si evidenziano nel bagno macchie di vario genere, tra calcare e mancata pulizia approfondita degli arredi e a terra, soprattutto nella doccia. Inoltre ho trovati molti peli e capelli in bagno come se non fosse stato pulito affatto o comunque non pulito bene.
