Cons:

The main pool and splash area were closed, and I was informed of this 12 hours before arrival. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend and following week, I expected the pools to be open. We were traveling with children and very much wanted them to be able to swim.

The worst vacation we have ever been on. Manager doesn’t care about the guests at all!!! They lie and faulsly advertise
Pros:

Absolutely Nothing!!! Completely horrible—the pools and water parks were closed and it was Memorial Weekend!!!

Cons:

No working pools or ice cream shops. This was the purpose of choosing this resort and it was a complete disaster for our family who specifically wanted a pool to swim in.

Not worth the price you pay, SPLASH Pad out!
Pros:

The fact that it’s 2 bedrooms cottages.

Cons:

So they call the night before check in to tell me that the splash pad/water slide area is out for maintenance.. offered a refund if I cancelled however we were due to check in the next day! Refund would not have come in time to rebook elsewhere (Like grand country or different water park place) and then our dishwasher flooded the day before we were supposed to leave, we just went ahead and packed up and checked out early! I’ve stayed 3x within the last couple years and this by far has been the worst. This was my kids summer vacation trip. No refund or accommodation of any sort offered besides canceling the night before. Will definitely be looking elsewhere should we return to Branson.

Customer service was lacking especially our unit needed attention and didn’t get things looked at to make things comfort

Cons:

We had five people and only one working toilet and the A/C wasn’t working. While we called and explained this to staff they assured they’d get someone out right away but that didn’t happen.

Didn’t have breakfast there

Cons:

I choose this place for my family because it has a splash pad and water slide for my 2 toddler granddaughter and when we got there they told me none of that was working.
We chose this property and paid a lot of money just to sleep here.
We usually go to the beach but wanted something different.
Everybody I tell this too says they should have refunded red you some money and I agree. But unfortunately nobody has offered that.

Pros:

Loved the house. Hated the main pool was closed and high pressure time share sales. They lied to us about when Silver Dollar opened. That is wrong. Our back door never opened.

Sweet weekend trip
Pros:

The location is perfect to get anywhere quickly in Branson, but also not right in the middle of everything where you feel like it's crowded. The cottages are really cute and roomy. We love having the second bathroom for our son to have his own space.

Cons:

My only complaint is that they really push you to do a time share presentation at check in. I also got calls/texts since our stay about coming back for discounted rate but have to do the presentation.

Awesome chose if you have a big family or couple of friends gathering to spend time together.

Location is very convenient

Cons:

Accommodation for family gathering is excellent. 👍 I got a 4 room cottage. A place where we could all stay and still our own privacy. My cousin and son came into town and we all stayed together while my brother had a heart procedure done. Resort is close to hospital, strip and silver dollar.attraction park. (Unfortunately pool wasn't open yet for the season. Thats the only downfall.)
