Wir würden für ein Wochenende wiederkommen
Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption außergewöhnlich freundlich, bei der Zimmervergabe extrem entgegengekommend
Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker
Bahnstation sehr nahe am Hotel

Cons:

Matratze war leider durchgelegen. Bei einer Übernachtung kein Problem, bei längerem Aufenthalt, so wie bei uns, meldet sich der Rücken
Baustelle direkt am Hotel: ab 7 Uhr morgens, auch Samstag, Baulärm

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt eher „unbefriedigend“. Auf Grund der kurzen Aufenthaltsdauer aber machbar. Wir würden

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und lecker.

Cons:

Leider befanden sich undefinierbare Flecken auf dem Bettlaken. Nachdem wir an die Rezeption gingen wurde uns schnell ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Der Rezeptionist war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade - was sehr nett war. Leider waren auch in diesem Zimmer Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und dem Bettbezug - da wir nur eine Nacht vor Ort waren, war es für uns „okay“, da wir auch wieder früh aufstehen mussten und einfach nur schlafen wollten. Erholsam war der Schlaf auf Grund der anliegenden Baustelle nicht - die Arbeiten begannen um 6:50 Uhr. Vielleicht hätte man dies auf der HP o.ä. erwähnen können.

Hier und da könnte man einen Teppich auf den kalten Betonboden legen und etwas an der Wandgestaltung ändern (Bilder usw.)

Unser Feedback wurde positiv und freundlich aufgenommen.

Limpo, prático e agradável!
Pros:

Bom pequeno almoço, quarto limpo diariamente, cama confortável. Tudo impecável.

Localiza-se num bairro com muitos carros, o parque do hotel deveria ser gratuito.

Kahvaltı tam bir felaketti. Biten ürünleri kaç kez istedim, 10-15 dk sonra yenilendi peynir: Kahvaltıda yer bulmak meseleydi. Otelin otopark olanağı kısıtlı. Otopark kullanmamamıza rağmen ücretini tahsil etmeye kalktılar. Merkeze mesafesi uzak. Sabah oda penceresi altında çalışan yüksek sesle konuştu uzunca (uyandırdı)

Schönes sauberes Hotel

Das Hotel ist einladend und die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber.
Die Lage ist zentral, die Stadtbahn gleich um die Ecke.

Summa Sumarum alles in Ordnung
Pros:

Sehr ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und im Frühstücksraum könnte besser sein. Speziell Staub auf dem Vorsprung unter den Fenstern war unappetitlich.
