The person running the front desk/check-in was incredibly rude to me for no reason at all, the check-in process took

It was relatively inexpensive and close to a nice gym.

The front desk were incredibly rude and the whole cover to the in-room AC unit was on the floor.

I didn’t stay but 1 night due to inconvenience of paying cash and a $50 deposit went to $100.

Cons:

Staff was very. Inconsiderate and not what I was expecting traveling 10 1/2hrs away. The free wifi did not work. The phone in the room did not work and when I tm my concern no one responded. The floors were very dirty. My feet were black and when I wiped them with a towel the towel was black too. The ac kept making a loud noise. No one seeemed concerned or tried to fix anything.

Pros:

Staff was nice and accommodating to the best of their abilities

Cons:

Our room’s ac wouldn’t cool and it felt humid in the room bc of that. Staff gave us a fan so i appreciate them for trying.
