Friendly, comfortable, good location, great breakfast.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Excellent location, close to the underground, so a great base for exploring Glasgow. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, our room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty and reasonably priced. Plenty to choose from.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the size of the cups and tumblers in the bedrooms which were on the small side.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Old, small, dated, no regular windows in our room on third floor, no elevator, no toiletries and none provided when asked, no umbrellas to use.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dall’università.

Cons:

Camera rumorosa, non insonorizzata rispetto alle altre camere sul piano. Lenzuola e federe non pulite, con capelli e peli non nostri. Bagno senza finestra. Stanza molto piccola, al secondo piano senza ascensore e con scale ripide. Parcheggio non gratuito, molto costoso.

Pleasant but had some issues.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and it was a great location - right next to the subway station and good food and drink establishments.

Cons:

The hotel states there is parking... that is not the case. Do NOT drive your car to this hotel as parking overnight in near impossible (Unless you stay Friday night until Monday morning as street parking is free and unlimited). There is one small car park nearby that allows you to park overnight, however it fills up and has very poor reviews. Street parking is limited to 3 hours week days and the Kelvinbridge car park does not allow overnight stay. I had to drive out past Maryhill Road (beyond the parking regulation zone) to street park for free and then walk just under half an hour back to the hotel.

As for the hotel, the decor, fittings and beds are clean but dated. The bed wasn't very supportive. Doors were very thin and could hear reception and others talking from across the corridor from our room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect base for our trip!
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee etc. Good choices for breakfast and the location brilliant. Also situated on a nice quiet road. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Glasgow.

Très bon accueil, on nous a prêté de l'argent pour pouvoir payer le parking dans la rue
Hotel dans une impasse, Rue très calme
Chambre assez grande pour 3, avec 3 vrais lits simples
Petit déj bien avec assez de choix différents
Salle de bain et chambre propres

Cons:

Hôtel un peu loin de tout à pied, à 40min à pied de la rue centrale, 20min de l'hôtel de Dublin. Mais à 2min d'une station de métro

Disappointing
Pros:

It was in a good location

Cons:

Came back to our room at 10:40am to find our bags had been lifted out of the room and someone was taking the sheets off the bed. Check out wasn’t until 11am which the staff member in the room confirmed. This is unacceptable, we paid for the room until checkout
