Basic clean accommodations within an easy drive of downtown Norfolk
Pros:

We had a really nice spacious double room. The breakfast was good and the fitness room and pool were well maintained.

Cons:

The room was in some disrepair from a ceiling leak. The location was not too close to amenities.

Pros:

Breakfast was good But I wish that the time was at least until 10 am on the weekends

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that my information was still up on the computer at the front desk when I came back in from getting my bags when they had already assisted someone else I was not understanding why my info was still on the screen. I cleared it out myself because the front desk clerk had already stepped away.Breakfast ended it too early should be at least until 10 AM on the weekends.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Everything. No parking staff told me I gotta wait til someone leave also you guys had trucks out there that was double or even triple park. Then told me you can’t park in front where u check in and the next morning someone was park there the whole entire day. Also my room shower wasn’t working and holding water. Room was dirty. Fridge didn’t work. No phone in the room. Smelt like smoke.

I will not stay at that Comfort Inn again but will probably try a different one at some point.
Pros:

The location worked well for us as it was close to my granddaughters house . I didnt much care for the breakfast or the time of it . I only ate there twice .

Cons:

Staff were not that friendly & rarely ever at the front desk . I saw someone cleaning & asked to have our bedding changed halfway through my 10 day stay & it never happened . We had to hunt people down to ask for towels so we could shower . Nobody ever came in our room OR asked if we needed anything OR took our trash so I bought trash bags to put in the trash cans & then set them outside our door every day with our dirty towels , etc.
