Quality hotel. Clean. Spacious room, nicely furnished. Plenty of parking nearby. Plenty of breakfast options, though they only call it a continental breakfast. The attendant was hard at work, making sure everything was clean, tidy, well stocked.
The mattress was too soft and sunk towards the middle. We booked through Booking.com, and were hit with an extra fee upon checkout, which neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed us about. Booking.com made a special deal about the breakfast, but it was the same breakfast that was available to everybody.
This was an amazing place to stay!!!! Beautiful hotel, quiet, and felt luxurious to me! Very nice staff. Nice breakfast in the am. Had covered parking which was nice.

Staff at desk were very unpleasant. Was charged more then booking price and when questioned i was told its not their problem and that it was common with booking.com and it has quite literally NEVER happened before in all of my traveling.
Also tried to have pizza delivered to us and was met with EXTREME hostility from the front desk lady working that they don't allow it due to "safety concerns". Stated they don't know who these delivery people are. They young lady delivering our pizza was probably 19-20 years old in full uniform. Super unsafe right?
I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past but I will be going elsewhere from now on.
