Nice pleasant stay overall
Pros:

The location was the highlight as this property is tucked away from the main road with a serene pathway leading to this quiet neighbourhood and the pathway itself is really nice for long walks along the stretch. Staff are nice and courteous and the buffet dinner was pretty decent with quite a spread too. Rooms are neat and clean, spacious and well organised too. Buffet Breakfast is quite decent although we would have liked some salad options ( like sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes ). rest was fine! Property is accessible for all cab companies and autos and so no hassles actually for commuting. It is also a 10 minute ride to the nearest Metro station too and hence very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing in particular except that when we checked in to our room, there was a door leading to the next room and it was left unlocked. I went tin to check andinitailly I thought that it was part of our room but later realised that it was the adjoining room. Close shave as if there had been some guest there it would have been very embarrassing for both of us and housekeeping should ensure that such doors are kept locked from either side once guest have vacated and rooms are cleaned. Thankfully there was no one there !

I couldn’t stay because they didn’t have a room for me despite a confirmed reservation
Pros:

Nothing. Terrible hotel, poor staff, horrible conditions

Cons:

Despite confirmed booking they didn’t have a room for me during check-in. With help from booking.com I had to sort myself a room in middle of the night

An OKish experience overall, not fully justifying the room charges paid
Pros:

Room is clean to a large extent, facilities are also maintained ok. No much hassles.

Cons:

Restaurant experience is what reduced the overall rating - a lizard was found in the area where breakfast buffet was kept. Also some orders at counters were over delayed and we left waiting for long time. In the room, there was water leakage from AC which disturbed our night. Upon enquiry, it was found that the filters were not clean!

Pros:

La gentillesse de l'équipe que ce soit à la réception qu'au service lors des repas

Cons:

L'hôtel était finalement trop loin du lieu de travail et il faut prévoir un taxi avec un temps de déplacement parfois non négligeable
