Not so great experience
Pros:

Great beds and pillows.

Cons:

Lamp didn't work. 2 usb c charger stations didn't work. only saw 2 elevators work. Check out staff was great. Check in staff didn't explain the wifi process and the room charging practice

Pros:

Walkable location.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready til 5pm, battery to door died leaving my teen locked out the room for hours. Staff wouldn’t help him. Steamer didn’t work in room. Construction in front of building made for a traffic nightmare. Loud music from rooftop bar kept me up late.

But it was overall a beautiful stay we had a wonderful time.

Cons:

For how much people pay for the room and valet fee. I feel we should at least get free breakfast or complimentary water.

Excellent stay at the Wit, would definitely return!
Pros:

Great hotel, location the staff the food - excellent would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

No mirror in the bedroom where you can plug in your hairdryer!

Good experience but I likely won’t return.
Pros:

Lobby and common areas were always clean and staff was always present. Room was semi clean.

Cons:

Found hairs and dirt in some areas in my room which is hard for me to overlook playing $600+ for 2 nights along with a $300 incidental hold. Valet is ridiculous especially since there’s a 45 min. Plus wait to get your vehicle. Staff were a little rude about guests using the carts to bring their luggage down. It almost felt like if you didn’t have valet they weren’t interested in helping or allowing you to use the carts.

Great location, very comfortable beds extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Unfortunately, due to a diverted flight down to weather conditions, we didn’t make it until the following morning of our one night stay. Staff were extremely accommodating and let us have a late checkout so we could sleep for a few hours and still enjoy the city.
