Terrible -never use again!

I am still dumb-founded when I was checking out of the hotel and asked for a paper copy of my receipt, I was told by the front desk staff that because my booking was done by a 3rd party, the hotel can not give me a receipt. I insisted on the receipt so they sent me one with a zero balance for a two day stay. That was two days ago and I still have no idea how much the bill is for my stay. I have used 3rd party to book hotel rooms around the world for decades, and I have never encountered such episode that the booking agent became the business that I had to pay my bill. How in the world did that happen? As for my opinion of the hotel, the front desk staff’s attitude and hostile tone at the check out was bad because I used a 3rd party to book my room and not directly with the hotel. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again! Good riddance.

Great location and comfortable rooms but park around the corner!
Pros:

Great location and clean comfortable rooms though space was a bit tight. Easy walk to Pioneer Square and Powell’s.

Cons:

Space was a bit tight. Price for onsite parking was exorbitant and the valet’s directions to a cheaper alternative sent me on a useless goose chase. Turned out there was a secure garage literally around the corner that saved us $25. Just keep going straight on the one way in front of the hotel and turn left the next chance you get and you’ll find a secure garage on the right.

Mom/daughter shopping trip
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff was friendly and helpful (more so the valets)

Cons:

The air was stagnant in the lobby, halls and elevator, like there is zero air flow and hot and stuffy and the a/c wasn't on in the room when we arrived (it was 90° outside) and the a/c only went down to 65 in the room and no fan/ air flow in the bathroom in our room

I was charged extra for the restaurant which I didn’t even use. I called 3 times and they said they were going to refund

There was no outside free parking. You basically have to pay for valet whether you want to or not.

I do not recommend staying in downtown Portland.
Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional.

Cons:

They only make up room every 2 days. Restaurant not open. The location did not meet expectations as there are homeless everywhere.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältniss
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war gross und hatte alles was man braucht.
Auch ein gratis Fitness und eine kostenpflichtige Wäscherei gab es (zum selbst waschen oder aufgeben).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht perfekt sauber und der Zimmerservice ist nicht täglich gekommen.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera molto spaziosa, struttura moderna e pulita

Cons:

Personale alla reception tutt'altro che gentile, camera rifatta solo su richiesta, parcheggio auto un po' caro (hanno fatto un errore nel conteggio dei giorni di soggiorno, gli è stato fatto presente e hanno corretto, ma non esattamente in modo molto amichevole)

It was good until I woke up in the middle of the night with bed bug bites

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

I was bitten up by bed bugs. There was evidentce of them on bedding and mattress cover. The manager did change my room. I was on edge after that. I was compensated a complimentary 1 day free stay.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good value except parking is expensive), and amenities.

Cons:

Expensive parking, and I booked reservation of 4 rooms weeks prior and they could not accommodate us on the same floor. Really annoying because of the elevator keys.
