Just that the pull out bed was actually a chair and really made for a child

Lobby was not as clean as it should be. Coffee dispenser was often empty. When they did fill it they didn’t clean the trash on the countertop. The tissue dispenser had 5 tissues when refilled. Had to pay for bottled water. None free. Accustomed to at least a couple free bottles.

I didn't like the restaurant service at all. My partner accidentally spilled her drink and instead of remaking or taking it off the bill the bartender charged it. I had also ordered a drink that wasn't made but took it as a sign to not order. She also had this friend (long blond haired dude) at the bar that made the experience even worse and also made it sound like he was getting free drinks most of the night.

Furniture too big for room.

Could not get the wifi to work on my laptop. I was working with the hotels internet provider and they said they were working on it and would call me back. Never heard from them again and ended up having to hot spit off my phone to do my work.

There was nothing exceptional about this hotel to make it worth $225 a night. The rooms were clean and as described. The lobby was small and pretty sterile, with a small amount of seating and it felt more like a waiting room. There is a pretty nondescript bar/diner attached to the hotel. No bar credits, continental breakfast, or perks. Nothing special that would set this hotel apart from others. If you just need a clean room to sleep in, it works.

Otel çok pis, temiz bir odaya gelmeyi düşünürken klozet kenarları ve küvet içi pis ti. Yatak çarşafları temiz değil lekeler vardı. Günlü temizlik yapılmıyor. Parasıyla da olsa otelde kahvaltıservisi bulunmuyor. Temizlik istedik sadece yataklarımızı düzeltmişler.

The rooms carpet needed shampooed as there were stains, dried buggers and what looked like a considerable amount of dirt from heavy traffic. Shower needed caulked, no microwave and light over coffee machine strobed. Also ice machine was broken on the floor.

The only thing I didn't like, had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The Uber from here to the airport was $90
So if you have an early flight, be prepared for that fee, otherwise take the train

I asked for a river view only to be told there are no river views. A paper cup was stained. The shower leaked. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff seemed to not want to be bothered and kept pushing off questions.

I was given room 609 where the faucet was not draining and bathroom door was not locking. Tracked with an infant and 2 adults and had a bad time. Complained to staff and they sent someone who made it worse and dismantled the faucet, left it as is and fixed nothing. There was a foul stench as well when we came back. We were given another room for next couple days of stay which met expectations. I was promised a compensation let’s see.

My room had some small maintenance issues, but nothing that was too big of a deal.

The bed is a little stiff and we could have used a microwave.

Centrally located - great little food court nearby

Algunas instalaciones estaban un poquito deterioradas. Con un poco de inversión, no mucho podria mejorar mucho. La zona es un poco polemica, mucha gente viviendo en la calle y a veces uno puede no sentirse seguro.
