Pros:

Very comfortable space. Great convenience to have cafe/bar downstairs. Staff were helpful with a special thanks to Duncan for recommendations on shopping and transfers. Common area is a wonderful space for gathering.

Cons:

Had some trouble with wifi. Bring a headlamp to read in bed.

Much bigger than I expected with three large beds in three bedrooms. The living area was huge with fantastic views of both Edinburgh Castle and King Arthur's Seat!

Great combination of apartment and hotel; excellent location
Pros:

All the benefits of an apartment with the bonus of hotel services, including 24 hour reception and luggage storage. Very pleasant staff. Good sized rooms (we had a two bedroomed apartment). Kitchen appliances were easy to use. Great location near Waverley Station and Princes Street. The roof terrace was a bonus (you have to be able to climb stairs to get to it).

Cons:

The windows were hard to open and close: fully closing them was necessary due to noise from the station. We'd suggest guests use earplugs at night if this would bother them. No mirrors in the bedrooms. Living room lights weren't really good enough for those of us who still read real books rather than off screens.

Great location for a great price.
Pros:

The location of the property was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The furniture and kitchen equipment were excellent quality

Cons:

The doors in the rooms would bang shut and made loud sounds. We had to use towels to block the door from shutting loudly. The lighting in the kitchen was really poor and needed more lights.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue impecable, sobre todo por Miguel que nos ayudó en todo lo posible y fue un trato acogedor y profesional. Las instalaciones eran geniales, bien equipadas, limpias y funcionales. La ubicación es excelente, tienes a menos de 15 min todo lo importante de Edimburgo. Sin duda volvería a repetir de nuevo.

Location was good.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off and staff spent an hour trying to resolve it unsuccessfully. We had splitting headaches as a result and it ruined the next day of our break. The bed was a double and very small - not what we are used to. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but they ignored our request not to replace towels and very little sustainability efforts were made. On complaining about the fire alarm, reception simply apologised but no refund or any kind of offer of compensation for the fire alarm incident apart from a late check out (potentially, depending on whether staff agreed or not) but either way was useless to us as we had a train to catch to go home anyway!

Fijn verblijf dichtbij het centrum.
Pros:

De locatie van de accomodatie. Het appartementen complex ligt op loopafstand van het centrum, waardoor zowel de culturele attracties als leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand waren. Voor de verdere tripjes buiten de stad stopte er een bus voor de deur. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Appartement was voorzien van alles wat je nodig had.

Cons:

Het appartement was niet helemaal goed gepoetst toen we aankwamen. Hier en daar nog wat stof. De bedden waren vrij klein 1,40 wat voor twee volwassenen vrij krap is. Het appartement was ook best warm binnen en geen airco aanwezig.

Wouldn’t return for the amount we paid .
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The pictures of the apartment were different to the actual apartment we got.
The place was tiny and the sofa wouldn’t have fitted 4 people on ( luckily one of our party had to cancel)
The lounge was so dark and only a brick wall outside for view. We had to have lights on all the time we were in the apartment- this includes on a beautifully sunny day.
I think for around £400 I would also expect a higher level of cleanliness. Black mold in the bathroom and dirty skirting boards.
The fire alarm went off for about 2 hours on our second night ( the night before the marathon when a good nights sleep was needed ) the poor girl on reception really wasn’t sure what to do. Nobody did any room checks to make sure people were out in reception which I was surprised by. There didn’t seem to be a checked fire protocol in place .
It was also for my birthday so I was so excited. Just felt a little let down and underwhelmed by the place
