Pros:

プールや温泉があってよかった

Cons:

チェックイン時(17:00)ごろに受付前でエイサーを演奏されてたのですが、受付のスタッフが大声を張り上げて接客をされてました。
エイサー演奏のタイミングとスタッフの育成が必要だと感じました。

Pros:

Nous avons adoré l onsen l hôtel est confortable et le personnel très gentil
les enfants ont adoré la piscine pendant que nous faisions un barbecue c'était convivial d être avec des Japonais en vacances.
Nous avons adoré le.groupe de percussion.

Cons:

La piscine est un peu petite (pour des adultes.)
Le système de laundry n'est pas très pratique.
Les vending machine étaient presque toutes vides .
Une machine pour faire de la monnaie (pour les coin laundry et des sèche linge ca ne serait pas.du luxe!

とてもよかったです！
Pros:

エキストラベットを使用させていただきました！簡易的なベットではなくしっかりとした同じサイズのベットだったのでよかったです！景色もとてもよく、お部屋もとても綺麗でよかったです！

Cons:

温泉施設がとても混み合っていて、大変でした、、、。

宿泊できて良かった
Pros:

台風で飛行機が欠航になったので急遽宿泊することになりましたが、①内廊下なので天候の影響がない、②広くはないですが室内プールがある、③1階にコンビニがある、④大き目のお土産屋があり、水着・Tシャツが買えて、何か欲しくなるような物が売っていること、等、ホテルの外に出なくても過ごすことができたのが良かったです。

Cons:

大きなホテルなので宿泊者が多く、館内が混み合っていたことです。
