"Great location, decently sized rooms, and a good-sized pool. It was also really convenient to have a 7-Eleven inside the building."

Cons:

We selected your hotel because of the approaching typhoon and the need to remain safely inside the building with our children. The availability of the in‑house restaurants, the 7‑Eleven, and the pool were key reasons for choosing your property.

At 8:30 pm, we attempted to have dinner with our children. We were denied entry to the restaurant on the 12th floor because children were not allowed. When we asked the reception for alternatives, we were told that none were available and that we would have to leave the hotel to find food. This was stated despite the official emergency evacuation message issued by the Okinawa government at that time.

We were informed that:

• there is no room service,
• no option to take food from the upstairs restaurant to our room,
• and all other restaurants had closed five minutes earlier, although existing guests were still being served.


The only option offered was to go outside during a typhoon warning. The 7‑Eleven had only dry noodles left. For a 5‑star hotel, this lack of flexibility and emergency preparedness is unacceptable.

Hygiene

The carpet in the breakfast hall was in an unacceptable and deeply unhygienic condition. Large, dark stains were visible across the entire surface, giving the impression of a carpet that has not been properly cleaned or maintained for years. The level of dirt and discoloration is far below any standard expected of a 5‑star hotel and would be concerning even in low‑budget accommodations.

Even the photos on your own website show visible stains, which indicates that this is not an isolated issue but a long‑standing and unresolved hygiene problem.

Check‑out Procedure

The check‑out process was equally inadequate. A queue of approximately 50 meters had formed because only one clerk was available. Early check‑out the day before was not possible, resulting in long waiting times for all guests.

這是一間相對較舊的飯店，但提供很不錯的服務以及舒適的環境，樓下711多沖繩特產，懶得出門可以直接買上樓，附近有當地超市可逛逛，但其他就沒有了，適合不以採購為目的入住，房間空間可平放多個行李箱，床墊也舒適

Pros:

Ok beliggenhet. Du må helst ha bil eller ta taxi/uber. Hotellet er svært,gammelt og slitt. Bildene lyver og man får feil inntrykk av hotellet. Frokosten var forferdelig. Det så ut som det kan se ut når man drar på turnering med barn. Vi nekta å spise der, og måtte betale ekstra for å oppgradere til noe som er «standard» frokost på norske hoteller. Ville ikke bodd der igjen! Desverre.
