La alberca el personal super amable las instalaciones que se siente un pequeño paraíso lleno de vegetación y escuchar la naturaleza y los monos aulladores wo!!! Mi marido y yo quedamos fascinados

Los horarios de alberca y que se cobre por aparte la estancia de las mascotas sin saber los costos hasta llegar al establecimiento
The hotel is in the middle of the jungle, waking up is a treat. A pair of macaws stay around the mango trees and add beauty to the place. The hummingbirds abound around the beautiful flowers. This hotel allows extended stay later than regular checkout time for an extra fee. The property is within a walking distance of 20 minutes from Palenque National Park.

Great swimming pool and a secluded location with fabulous biodiversity. Our room was spacious and quiet. Staff are lovely — Beatriz, Josue and Alejandro were really friendly and helpful!
Breakfast wasn’t included in the room cost and meals were quite pricey. Food wasn’t incredible and there were almost no vegetarian options. A lot of items/options we chose ended up being unavailable. It’s a great resort but paying upwards of £25 for a meal for two (including alcohol) three times a day was off putting.

⁃ Je bent bijna verplicht om elke dag 13€ per persoon te betalen voor het ontbijtbuffet.
⁃ Geen waterdispensers
⁃ Geen supermarkt in de buurt
⁃ Restaurants op 20+ minuten loopafstand
⁃ 1 zwembad werd gerenoveerd, erg jammer en daardoor druk bij het andere zwembad.
⁃ Werkzaamheden recht voor onze kamer.
⁃ Kakkerlak in de badkamer
L’hôtel est super à quelques min des ruines. L’eau de la piscine est bien chaude. On entend de loin les singes hurleurs

Tolle Lage um die Ruinen von Palenque zu erkunden. Sehr ruhig in einem schönen Garten gelegen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Housekeeping, alles sehr sauber.
Abendessen war eine Enttäuschung, besser außerhalb essen gehen. Speisesaal hat Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofswartehalle.
