L’unica cosa positiva credo sia la posizione in cui si trova

Partendo dallo staff le ragazze all reception molto carine, educate e disponibili mentre alle colazioni la Signora bionda molto sgodevole.
La camera invece, per il prezzo pagato era terribile, avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale l’hotel aveva accettato la mia richiesta, ma a mia sorpresa ho trovato due letto da una piazza e mezza; la pulizia era trascurata; la doccia né bagno ho faticato a tener bloccata la manopola per usufruire del getto superiore e non della vasca; il balcone era in comune con altre due stanze di conseguenza privacy zero assoluto.
Io non so come sia possibile che questo hotel abbia 4 stelle, forse solo il palazzo storico è all’altezza per il resto mi sembrava di aver alloggiato in un ostello pagando per una suite.
Esperienza pessima e sconsiglio il soggiorno a chi non vuole svegliarsi con il torcicollo per via del cuscino sottile come un foglio di carta.
P.s. Mi è stato chiesto se avessi usufruito del mini bar e quindi saldare un eventuale conto tralasciando il fatto che era stato trovato completamente vuoto

Grand hotel “una volta!”

La posizione

Cons:

Struttura vecchia e non rinnovata, camere grandi ma non pulite e senza climatizzazione, bagno grande ma attempato con gravi segni di usura.
Gli spazi comuni sono vecchi e tenuti male, la zona Spa nn è stata rinnovata e mostra gravi segni di invecchiamento.
Sulla colazione stendiamo un velo pietoso, non c’è un alimento fresco, pane in cassetta dalla busta, marmellate in plastica, torte confezionate, formaggi e salumi dalla busta, nemmeno il caffè viene da una caffettiera, per un 4 stelle a 110€ a notte mi sembra un po troppo.
Inoltre il parcheggio non è abbastanza capiente per tutti gli ospiti e quando si arriva viene suggerito di parcheggiare in piazza (con disco orario) oppure in doppia fila consegnando le chiavi alla reception!

Betrüger! Abendessen wurde verrechnet-ohne das ich da war!, Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage-bei 35grad! 1 Aufzug der immer besetzt ist (3.Stock), sehr altes Hotel -eigentlich zum abreißen. Absolut unflexibel, die Menschen sind teilweise sehr Freundlich-die Organisation (Leitung) ganz schlecht. Bett durchgelegen (mindestens.20 Jahre alt) Steckdosen im Zimmer funktioniert nicht zum Handy laden (Strom?)

Charming hotel
Pros:

We stayed at the Grand Astoria for a week whilst skiing as a family of 3.
The room was comfortable and the right size for us although storage was a bit of an issue, especially with bulky ski clothes. We also had a room that opened onto the terrace which was a great bonus. Whilst we were fine with charging phones etc in the room, my hair dryer/styler short circuited the room as the sockets are low amp, so don't bother taking one! The entire hotel was very very warm, even adjusting the thermostat in the room we slept with the door slightly open on some nights (bear in mind it was snowing). The restaurant area is also VERY warm. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, there is a buffet/apppetizer section but the rest of the menu is table service and you need to choose the day before. Breakfast is buffet style. Sliders, slippers and shorts are not allowed in the restaurant.
The gym and sports facilities are dated but ok, the pool area is nice but got very crowded in the late afternoons when everyone is back from skiing. Remember to bring a swimming hat (men and women) as you cannot swim without one.
All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The only exception to this was the very blasé attitude towards no one planning ahead to have the snow cleared from the parking areas despite heavy snow fall being forecast several days ahead
The parking at the front is limited and very tight and several cars got stuck.
Underground car park is also available and there is a heated ski room. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The village and surroundings were very picturesque and the hotel is very conveniently located for all the main local slopes which are just a short drive or bus ride away; the closest, Bertoldi, is 5 minutes down the road
