All the comforts and amenities combined with a great location
Pros:

Casareyna is an upscale hotel on the eastern side of Puebla's historic center. It's just outside the main tourist area, an easy block-and-a-half walk across busy streets with traffic lights and crosswalks into the heart of the center.
Our spacious ground-floor room had high ceilings and was decorated in white with dark wood furniture. Furnishings included a comfortably firm king bed, a desk and chair, nightstands, and a wardrobe. There was also a TV, air conditioning, a Nespresso machine with two complimentary pods (additional pods are available for a charge), and a safe. The very large bathroom had a medium-sized freestanding tub, a good-sized shower with consistent hot water and good pressure, and an enclosed toilet room with a clear glass door. There was plenty of counter space, the usual amenities, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
Although the room was right on the street, the soundproof windows worked very well and we could barely hear any traffic.
Breakfast is served à la carte in the hotel's main courtyard dining room. They offer the usual Mexican breakfast choices as well as lighter options such as a fruit plate with yogurt and granola.

Excellent, beyond my expectations.
Cons:

Bathroom:
The clear glass door for the toilet was a bit of a hazard.
Both of us ran into it.
A chair or bench in the bathroom would be useful.
Also more hooks for wet bath towels and to dry bathing suits.
Main room:
Separate above bed reading lights.
Otherwise, we had an amazing stay.
Will definitely stay here again, and recommend it
to friends.
