Nothing, it was all good
The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size.
The food wasn't great and traffic noise was intrusive. We would stay again but get a room overlooking the car park.

The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming. An easy 10 min walk to the Brayford waterfront or city centre.
Adequate breakfast and good value for money.
The pillows in the room could do with being renewed with 2 firm and 2 soft to give visitors choice in what they prefer.
Breakfast there could have done with more choice of fresh fruit instead of just apples as many people can't eat the fruit compote due to it having a high sugar content.

Room was a bit cold, air conditioning was blowing cold air and didn't get warmer.
Location was great in its proximity to the town, it was just a short walk away. Was a comfortable room. Good to have its own car park (but at a charge) breakfast was good
We really wanted a twin bedded room but it could not be guaranteed so we had to pay the extra for a double with a sofa bed.
The staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful! My first room had some dirty classes and tea mugs (definitely an accident, not a norm) so I went to the reception to tell about it and they were very sorry about it and gave me a chance to change my room, which was super nice! The breakfast was good, traditional English style, but as a buffet. Nice location.
All good apart from not being able to find entrance to hotel only access is round back of car park.
