Nice stay
Pros:

Great coffee in lounge area, but I still prefer having a coffee/tea maker in room also. Nice breakfast. Clean. Friendly reception when checking in.

Cons:

No Coffee/tea maker in room.
Saturday night very noisy with guests talking and laughing loudly in middle of night waking me up. Sunday night quiet.

Pros:

Dość duży pokój i przestronne łóżko. Ręczniki codziennie zmieniane, łóżko zaścielane, pyszna kawa.

Cons:

Kiepski, praktycznie żaden kontakt z obsługą hotelu. Zero odpowiedzi na moje pytania, prośby m.in. o zmianę terminu pobytu czy wystawienie faktury - a więc ważne. Dywan w pokoju przydałoby się czasem odkurzyć. Wanna w łazience stara i popękana. Mało to estetyczne i bezpieczne, zwłaszcza do kąpania małego dziecka. Śniadania mega monotonne: jajecznica, gorące kiełbaski, keczup, jakaś gorąca breja, coś jajecznicopodobnego, jakieś tureckie kotleciki, dwa rodzaje słodkich bułeczek, grzanki, mandarynki, trzy rodzaje słodkich napojów z automatu. Zero warzyw, dosłownie zero! Zero serów, zero jakichkolwiek wędlin! W pokoju nie ma czajnika, chociaż jest mikrofala i żelazko schowane w szafie. Jest lodówka, ale kompletnie pusta. Nawet butelki wody czy batonika, szklanki lub filiżanki. Tłumaczą to rzekomą ekologią i dostępnością na dole automatów do kawy. No pewnie, po to płacę taką kasę za hotel, żeby po głupią kawę ganiać na dół. Przed przybyciem na miejsce hotel ściągnął mi z karty ponad 200 dolarów nie wiem za co. Potem i tak trzeba było zapłacić pełną kwotę za pobyt. Nie odliczyli tego ani nic. Komunikacja z hotelem na poziomie rozmowy z dziurawym dzbanem. Generalnie średnio polecam. Nie zachęcam ani nie odradzam.

Location and breakfast good, balance NOT so good
Pros:

location great due family member in Abercorn Rehab Center

Cons:

Booking indicated 2 nights with 2 beds - ck in person advised only made for 1 night and had no
room on 2nd night. Finally settled on handicapped room with 1 king bad. Temp in room
varied from cold to hot regardless of what we set.

It was not worth $175, but it served the purpose.
Pros:

It was safe, the needs were comfy, and it was spacious. Oh and they carts were really nice to bring out items up and down stairs. We arrived late and there was someone there to assist us with check in. There were enough towels and the soap was not refilled with water.

Cons:

There were hairs on the floor, in the shower and sink, then in the rising someone knocked on our door for check out as if we didn’t know and weren’t preparing to check out. And he came twice as if there was a rush to clean when the cleaning crew was waiting to clean our room and they weren’t.
