Everything stained and dirty
Pros:

Bathroom was disgusting, the toilet wasn’t cleaned from the guests before us, the TV remote had gunk caked on it, sheets were stained, floors were sticky and also stained, chair in the corner had a stain, for 150 bucks a night this place is a pigs sty, we had to wipe everything down and Lysol. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. 👎

Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Staff "couldnt" find reservations. Told us we should stay at Hampton Inn. After getting ahold of our booking company after an hour, they magically found reservations and wanted us to come back. Now booking won't let me post a bad review.

Cons:

The beds in room 226 need replacing. While checking in at 3:00 The man at the desk was very rude and told us to come back in an hour, pointed to the sign saying check in is 4:00. I had an email saying check in was at 3:00.

Great short trip
Pros:

We stayed here overnight to do a swim with manatee tour while in town. Location was great only a 2 minute drive to the lake. Staff were super nice. Breakfast was delicious for hotel breakfast. Room smelled a little stuffy at first but nothing terrible. Everything was clean.
