Modern, roomy facilities, great for early morning manatee tours, professionally run
Pros:

5 Minutes from our manatee tour, large, clean rooms with microwave and fridge, everything working 100% properly, clean-smelling and reasonably modern, with ample parking and breakfast starting at 6am for manatee tour-goers. Reception that welcomed us was highly professional. Price was extremely reasonable. It was a functional visit for us - just for a manatee tour, so we didn't use any of the facilities and cannot comment on those, but the hotel seemed quite new, well-maintained and professionally managed overall.

Cons:

Reception was extremely strict with the check-out time, which is their right, but can be a problem if your tour goes a little longer than expected and you wish to leave things in the hotel or have a quick wash afterwards (reasonable to want to do). I would say that, if your tour is at 7am, you are safe. Ours was supposed to end at 10am but took longer and it was tight, returning and checking out. If your tour ends at 11 you'll need to negotiate with the hotel in advance.

Clean and Comfy Hotel
Pros:

Clean and Comfy. Staff was friendly and our stay was fantastic. We only stayed one night and didn't use a lot of the amenities, but everything we used was great.

Everything was wonderful other thab the pool situation!
Pros:

Exceptionally clean! Great breakfast!

Cons:

The pool was closed. I would of liked being notified ahead of our stay so I could make other entertainment arrangements for my kids.
