I love that the breakfast bar was open early. The variety of breakfast items covered every type of eater. 3 different types of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. We were on the first floor and surprisingly the room was huge.
The back door closing early in the morning. I was a few doors away and heard it slam. It was ok during regular hours but before 6 on the weekends may upset some people. Others in my party didn't hear it or was awakened by it. I have sensitive hearing and usually travel with earbuds.
The beds were comfortable. The room offered a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast was decent and offered poached and scrambled eggs, pork and turkey, sausages, pancakes, and a variety of cereal and breads. The coffee was pretty good as well. I loved the female staff member that maintained the breakfast stations. She was attentive and friendly!
The first day we stayed, the cleaning folks did not come in and replace the towels and clean the room. I did see a few sugar ants on the table next to the bed (honestly I did not report this but took a video). One of the elevators was not working, so folks were waiting to get where they needed to go.
Such comfortable beds, so clean, staff so friendly and so helpful, over all experience was above a 10, I will go back for sure!

Bathroom was disgusting, the toilet wasn’t cleaned from the guests before us, the TV remote had gunk caked on it, sheets were stained, floors were sticky and also stained, chair in the corner had a stain, for 150 bucks a night this place is a pigs sty, we had to wipe everything down and Lysol. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. 👎

Staff "couldnt" find reservations. Told us we should stay at Hampton Inn. After getting ahold of our booking company after an hour, they magically found reservations and wanted us to come back. Now booking won't let me post a bad review.
