There was a good 10 minute week to check in. I went to check in and my room still was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. So then it was another 30 minutes.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless. It looked and smelled incredibly clean. My room size was ample. Much bigger than other rooms I’ve stayed in at other hotels. Parking was easy. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Check in was tedious. Maybe they were under staffed but this poor woman seemed to be working very hard to obtain info from housekeeping as to whether rooms were clean / ready. I felt bad for her. The staff was only overwhelmed because they had so many folks checking in and the information as to whether rooms were clean and ready or not was not making it back to the front desk fast enough. But, throughout it all, the staff remained pleasant and friendly and they handled it very well. Also I feel the price per night was gouged. Very high. $400+. But, I didn’t really have complaints about my room or my stay so it is what it is.

Pros:

Manager was exceptional & went out of her way to make a unexceptable situation better.

Cons:

Traveling with my son & had confirmed a 2 bedroom but at check in all they had available was a king jacuzzi room & they were sold out.
Also air conditioning was down in lobby, hallways & breakfast area.
Pool & Gym were under construction & not stated they were unavailable when booking.
Also note did not see signs posted at elevator untill final morning that fire sprinklers were not working & to call 911.

I wish i would have been notified of no pool in advance- i would have booked a different location.
Pros:

Location good. Breakfast most containers were empty. We had sausage links and cinnamon rolls to xhoose from in the hot foods area.

Cons:

We should hav been told the pool would be out of service for the weekend. The pool was most important for the kids.

I felt like a hostage in a place where it was supposed to be fun with a pool and instead felt threatened and unsafe.
Pros:

Dove products were excellent. Room was clean. Location was great!

Cons:

Fire suppression system not working by order of fire department for 7 months. Closest emergency exit blocked by construction. Sign said use the elevator in an emergency? Pool not working!!!!!!Nothing on website stating any issues. When complained, told I could stay someplace else if it was an issue and lectured for 5 mins about their problems. I had no other place to stay and a non refundable room.
