Great place to stay
Pros:

Close to airport with soothed service. Room and amenities were good. Quiet and restful if that’s what you’re looking for. Nice small restaurant on site which is a plus when a car isn’t available

Nice Stay, Clean with friendly staff
Pros:

All staff (from front desk, restaurant wait staff, airport shuttle driver) were exceptional. Friendly, yet professional and helpful.
The restaurant was clean and food was served quickly, was well prepared and very good.
Opportunity for improvement: get a printer/scanner from this century. The printer set up does not work. The website set up was fine, but the printer connection made it inoperable. immediately upon asking for help, the front desk said that many guest go to a neighboring hotel for use of their printer.

Short Denver Stay
Pros:

Hotel was very good. Room was nice. I just didn’t like that I had to pay for parking at a hotel I was staying at. Guess I’m just old fashioned, but seriously that is ridiculous.

Accommodating hotel
Pros:

This is my go to hotel close to the airport. I stay here twice a month for business the night before I fly out. Taryn at the front desk is awesome! Just a nice friendly face to greet you.
The Tower Tap restaurant is a great choice. If you just need something quick and on site. They are always very accommodating and have a very friendly staff.

Awesome customer service
Pros:

While we were unable to make our reservations due to flight cancellations, I spoke to Skye at the front desk who was so incredibly understanding that we’re not going to be able to make it there. She refunded us on our non refundable rooms. She went above and beyond. I will definitely book in the future

Beware of shuttle driver
Pros:

The hotel was great, but the shuttle driver scared me with his driving especially the way he tailed other drivers. At one point, all of the passengers were thrown forward as the van jolted to a stop. The driver said it was the transmission.

Pros:

Nice and clean overall. Comfy bed. Didn’t expect to pay for general parking lot space. Shower handle cover was loose and some caulking missing. But happy overall.
