Easy stay with room for improvement

Location - less than 10 minutes to the airport

Easy check in.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work in several spots. For example, it worked okay if I brought my device to the bathroom but it dropped when I was in the bedroom. This was highly problematic.

The room I had was very dusty.

The parking was not free. I know this was disclosed upfront, but it seems silly for an airport hotel to require parking payment.

A/C in my room was very loud. Not sure if the fan was broken because it was covered up.

There was left over Chick-fil-A container in the fridge, the toilet holder in the bathroom was broken moved a lot and one of the hanging light was loose off the wall there was no bags in the little trash cans in the room

We missed our flight yesterday and got to the hotel very late. The front desk was very sympathetic .

Your staff was rude, she lied about a shuttle to the airport causing us to incur an additional expense of an Uber to make our flight
