Pros:

Квартира ідеальна. Простора та сучасна. Дуже близько до мечеті і голосно чути молитву. Але нас це не розбудило. Два кондиціонери (кухня та кімната). Хорошої якості постільна білизна і рушники.

Cons:

Побачила таргана. Скоріше за все від сусідів забіг. Тому що він дійсно був один. Готель доглянутий, сподіваюсь то була випадковість.

De prijs en privé dus niet in een slaapzaal en breed bed, airco

Cons:

De plastic waaraan je de gordijnen vastmaakt was stuk (weinig kosten voor reparatie). Er waren ook andere dingen, maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Dus als je niet heel veel wilt betalen is dit een goede locatie. De beschrijvingen klopten niet helemaal zoals het op Booking.com stond (maar kreeg gratis ontbijt aangeboden)

لا شيء واريد تعويض على انقطاع الكهرباء قبل موعد خروجي مم الفندق لمدة 6 ساعات ولم يتم حل المشكله حيث كان الجو حاراً وخانق ولم نستطيع ان نستحم قبل السفر

Horrible - avoid this place
Pros:

Nothing - it wasn’t at the location provided to us - there were roaches, broken ac & the rooms smelled musty and moldy.

The worker was very nice but unfortunately these issues were out of his hands.

Misljenje porodice od 6 clanova, razlicite dobi

lokacija, blizina starom gradu i svim znamenitostima, u blizini extra dobar gradski prevoz. Istanbul kao grad uvijek rado posjecujemo i vracamo mu se sa radoscu. Poseban grad, sa svojom ljepotom, tradicijom, duhom, mirisom i sarmom💪ali ovaj smjestaj sa strane nase porodice upitan

Mane, parking predstavljen na aplikaciji, a ulice nepristupacne za auto opcenito, nema mogucnosti parkiranja kao ni okretanja automobila, rizik veliki za voznju do apartmana. Mi smo kao porodica imali srecu da nadjemo parking u blizini koji se dnevno placa 1000 tl, a moglo se desiti da bude zauzet. Losa organizacija apartmana koji se nalaze pod istim imenom ali u razlicitim objektima(bitno za porodice sa vise clanova koje rezervisu dvije ili vise soba). Namjestaj, toalet, kuhinja lose opremljeni za porodicu, bez osnovnih higijenskih sredstava. nemogucnost prozracivanja zraka po sobama, osjeca se ustajalost u zraku. Osjecaj necistoce u zraku i prostoru.

Если бы нам отвечали, этого комментария не было бы. 1) ну это бывает, Итс окей, при заселении, чинили унитаз. Не знаю что делали прежние владельцы, но после них не работал унитаз, кондиционер и они украли чайник 😂
2) унитаз та починили , спасибо. Ну а кондиционер? У нас был номер на 4 человека. И кондиционер в двух комнатах. В одной комнате не работал и мы жили благодаря одному кондиционеру. Писали, когда почините? В ответ да да, щас починим, ой выходной, ой мастер не приехал , короч за неделю никто не починил. Из-за этого, у нас заболели люди, которые спали в комнате с работающим кондиционером, так как он работал на полную, чтоб мы в другой комнате спокойно спали.
3) микроволновока. Отдельный аттракцион. Она не работала все это время. Но в последний день, когда я записывала на видео свой отзыв, она заработала, покрутилась 10 секунд и начала искрится. Предполагаю что могла и сгореть 😬
4) в описание было сказано , что есть сейф. Сейфа не было
5) зубной пасты не было.
6) попросили тапочки одноразовые, так как с кондиционером было холодно ходить без тапочек, сказали нету ( ну ладно, в описание не было сказано, что дают тапочки )
7) два окна на кухне сломаны, и не закрываются, от этого, те дикие, но милые котята пробирались в дом
8) из уборки только подмести, помыть полы, поменять постель . Если у вас будет грязная посуда в раковине, они к ней не притронуться
9) одна разетка на чайник, кофеварку и печку. Печка кстати тоже заедала, но работала

Great location and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and provided a great laundry service for us.

Cons:

Photos were a little misleading. The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and more in the main room near the AC unit above the bed - I suspect this is leaking. The shower also leaked over the floor. The hairdryer had also looked like it had caught an electrical fire at one point and parts of it were melted.
While there was a kettle and microwave, there was very little cutlery and crockery provided. There was 1 fork and 1 teaspoon, no mugs.
The curtains did not fully cover the windows so a lot of light was let in at night and this was an issue during the day as we were on ground level. Lastly, it was a little hard to find the reception building for checking in and the actual room was another 5 minute walk away.
While these issues didn’t dampen our experience in Istanbul, I feel they need to be addressed (except the 2 separate buildings of course).
