Pros:

Отельный номер совмещает и спальню и кухню, что мне понравилось, потому что утром до завтрака я люблю пить кофе. Вместе с этим, очень удобное расположение. До основных достопримечательностей не более 10 минут пешком. Очень хорошо!

Cons:

Удивило то, что сам отель находится не по тому адресу, который указан в системе. По указанному адресу находится офис отеля, ресепшн. После регистрации нас повели в другое здание и нам с чемоданами пришлось идти около 7 минут по местным улочкам. Вместе с этим, завтраки проходят в офисе, поэтому каждое утро пришлось ходить в офис. Не критично, и даже интересно, но нас сопровождало солнце и хорошая погода, а если бы был дождь?

Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a látnivalókhoz. Közel van a villamoshoz is. Teraszon tudtunk reggelizni és vacsorázni. Tetszett hogy volt hűtő, vízforraló. Tányérok és evőeszközök. Rendszeresen jött a személyzet takarítani, ágyneműt cserélni. Rugalmas be-és kijelentkezési lehetőség.

We paid the full amount of €197.58 in advance.

After arriving at your property, we were disappointed with the accommodation conditions and decided not to stay. We left immediately and did not spend a single night at the hotel.

We were informed that the payment would be refunded, but we have still not received our money. We have also tried to resolve this issue through Booking.com, but the matter remains unresolved.

Please explain the current status of our refund and let us know when the amount of €197.58 will be returned.

إقامة سيئة جداً وتعرضت للخداع
Pros:

نعم هنالك خداع من قبل ادارة الفندق حيث ان عائلتي مكونة من فردين بالغين وطفل لما ذهبت إلى الغرفة في الفندق وجدت سرير واحد مزدوج واسلوب موظف الاستقبال سيء جداً ولم استطع الإقامة في الفندق وغادرت في نفس اليوم.

الغرفة ليست لعائلة مكونة من 4 أفراد الغرفة تصلح لفردين فقط ورائحة الفندق والغرفة قذرة جداً

Wir waren in zwei Suiten der Sulthanamet Suites in Istanbul und sind begeistert. Beide hatten viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung. Die Dachterasse in der Suite mit Meerblick ist sehr groß und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und falls etwas fehlt wird sich darum gekümmert. Hüseyin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei einem externen Problem hat er uns schnell und lösungsorientiert geholfen- wir haben uns durch ihn sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren extrem dankbar!
Die Lage des Hotels in den kleinen liebevoll gestalteten Gassen der Altstadt ist ein Traum. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Mamarismeer und nach kurzem Anstieg 10 Minuten bis zum Sultanahmet-Platz. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Istanbul kommen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

The bedroom is spacious for parents and 2 kids (5 and 3 years old). The kitchen has complete cooking tools so it helps a lot because you can buy groceries to the near supermarket (160m far away from this hotel). The price is really affordable (around 50 euros per night)

Esperienza davvero pessima e assolutamente non conforme alle immagini presenti nell’annuncio. Appena entrati nella struttura siamo stati accolti da un fortissimo odore di urina di gatto che impregnava la stanza e il bagno, rendendo impossibile anche solo pensare di soggiornare lì.

Le condizioni igieniche erano inaccettabili: abbiamo trovato sporco diffuso e persino scarafaggi nella struttura. Inoltre nel bagno era presente una caldaia a gas installata in modo molto discutibile, situazione che ci ha fatto sentire poco sicuri.

Le foto pubblicate online non rappresentano minimamente lo stato reale dell’alloggio. Proprio per questo abbiamo contattato immediatamente l’assistenza di Booking.com e deciso di non soggiornare nella struttura.

La cosa più deludente è stata la totale mancanza di disponibilità nel procedere con un rimborso corretto, nonostante il disagio evidente.

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.
