Extremely comfortable beds, fantastic to come back to after busy days with lots of walking. Great shower too. Exceptionally clean. Helpful staff. We loved the free coffee/cocoa machine. Good location for using Metro, quiet safe area with useful local Kombini stores. Able to use luggage transfer facility easily
Cleaner accidentally turned off our fridge but nothing major
A media hora caminando desde la estación de Osaka y situado junto a dos líneas de metro. Habitación confortable con camas muy cómodas y sábanas de algodón de calidad. Baño muy cómodo y limpio. Ducha excelente. con tetera, refrigerador y caja fuerte grande. El desayuno estaba incluido y puedes elegir entre cinco tipos que te lo preparan al momento.
Frente al mostrador de recepción hay una máquina de café y puedes prepararte sin coste alguno café, té o chocolate.
Que cada vez que entras en la habitación y pones la tarjeta de apertura de la puerta en la ranura para tener suministro eléctrico se enciende la TV y la has de apagar.
Hotel confortevole, zona tranquilla, però non turistica ma business, ci sono palazzi con uffici tutt’intorno, ma si trovano anche dei localini per cenare frequentati dai locali che escono dagli uffici. C’è sempre te/caffè disponibile, letto molto morbido, forse troppo. Doccia super! Si può decidere se avere le pulizie e cambio asciugamani.
Non c’è una hall, bisogna dire a che ora si vuole fare colazione, se vi dimenticate troverete una lettera sotto la porta che ve lo ricorda… la colazione ha 5 diverse portate a scelta, solitamente con toast, poi yogurt e frutta. Non c’è troppa scelta…

Nothing much. Just about the laundry room, the smell of clothes after washing it wasn’t good, not sure if it was run out of softener of that was a standard smell

Je recommande totalement cet hôtel ! Il est très bien placé, le personnel est adorable et les chambres sont très confortables. Le service de bagagerie est gratuit et il est possible de déposer ses bagages avant le check-in. De plus le petit-déjeuner est très bien.
The hotel is a minute walk from the nearest subway station and in a super central location. There is a coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee and different types of tea. Our room was super clean, spacious, and modern like the rest of the building. We appreciated having a coin laundry machine on the floor below ours.
There is only one elevator which can get busy at rush hours, but other than that, everything was great.

Posizione meravigliosa, letteralmente sopra alla fermata della metropolitana Higobashi sulla linea blu di Osaka. Camera doppia a uso tripla spaziosa e ben organizzata. Receptionist gentilissimi e preparati. Pulizia ogni giorno impeccabile. Esperienza eccezionale.
Sto guardando il pelo nell'uovo sia chiaro, ma la colazione carente. Di dolce c'è solo yogurt con marmellata. Il caffè è quello all'americana in caraffa. Se piace colazione salata alla giapponese i piatti sono buoni e preparati al momento per cui niente da dire. Ripeto è un'inezia che comunque non mi fa rimpiangere assolutamente la scelta dell'hotel.
