Pros:

朝食が付いているプランでお願いしましたが、予想以上に充実した内容でした。

Cons:

個人的には全く問題ないのですが、バスタブが無くてシャワーのみというのは人によっては好みが分かれるところかもしれません。

Nice hotel for visiting Osaka
Pros:

Nice rooms, good beds, next to subway station. Hotel offers nice breakfast, but City Bakery nearby has much more choice and better drinks.

Cons:

washing machines were broken and staff could not offer solution when all wash came soaked out of the machines. English knowledge of staff is very limited

Soggiorno eccellente! Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero straordinarie. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa (più della media degli hotel in Giappone) e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i numerosi prodotti di cortesia, dai pigiami alle maschere viso e ai trattamenti rilassanti, che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Se torneremo a Osaka, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Assolutamente consigliato!

必ずリピートしたい最高のホテルです
Pros:

肥後橋駅出口から徒歩1分以内で周辺は静かでなんばまでも近いホテルです！部屋は広くて快適&清潔！シャワーヘッドはリファだったので、とても満足でした！さらに選べる朝食は本格的で、絶対おすすめはフレンチトーストです。スタッフさんの応対も最高でしたよ！
