To be fair the hotel itself was ok. But literally dealt with 4 desk staff members and found them unhelpful to resolve th
Pros:

The property was fine. The staff was less then helpful with issues pertaining to my checking in . Extremely stressful and it took way to long to resolve. Claiming my card didn’t go through , though my bank showed it did and my online banking showed it did. I then paid cash and made me have less money budgeted for the trip. Despite showing the proof and talking to the SNL in front of them so they could hear it got me no where. I budgeted this get away so my card handled the hotel and my cash fed us and let us enjoy the attractions. It took over a day to finally have the hotel lift the hold on the charge , so my bank said k could then use my card. Again I don’t have a lot of funds so I allocated carefully. Definitely would not recommend staying there due to this.

Brought the grandchildren to Dutch Wonderland snd our three rooms were perfect.

The location was good. The breakfast was average. Everything clean and nice. Staff very friendly. Overall a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Cons:

They need to put a little fabric softener in the towels. The coffee pot was down. They need a new one.

A weekend getaway

Breakfast was good, location for me is good.

Cons:

Noise during quiet time was bad (2nd floor), guest using hands instead of tongs was bad, and breakfast area was a mess 3rd day. Also as a guest and as an hospitality employee , I know hotel rule is "INCOMING GUEST IS NOT TO FIND ANYTHING FROM PREVIOUS GUEST" I found USED SOAP in the shower, food under the beds and a kid toy behind drapes and lots of little pieces of paper scattered around the room. I also know that 2 people checked the room before I checked in...housekeeper & room check/supervisor. So I paid 2 people's salary for my stay and neither one of the employees did their job for I found lots of stuff I shouldn't have. I work hard for my money, just wish others did the same. I'd like a CLEAN ROOM, not 1 have done.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable (not too hard). The breakfast spread was good. Room was spacious and nice furniture that could be moved to help little ones get onto the tall beds.

Cons:

Not ecologically friendly, lots of single use plastics. A little mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the door seemed damaged near the lock.
