When I went to check in I was refused service .. Because I was a Local.
They said the tourists do not want any loud noise. I’m a 64 year old women. Traveling alone and exhausted. What flippin noise was I to make. He refused

You should be ashamed of your hotel and the front desk staff.
Convenient location. Good value.
3 guests stayed in the room, no linens or blankets for use of pull out sofa. When room service was called there was no answer.

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was good. Great location. Very clean hotel with alot of space. Will def stay here again
Beds were not very comfy and was very noisy every time you moved around. Also the air conditioning was very noisy throughout the night but everything else was top notch.

The beds were comfy & the breakfast was good.
The pool is very small & not enough room for anyone else to go in. Kids drowning kids in the pool, adults were drinking around the pool not caring. The shower pressure was bad.

The indoor pool was humid and the elevator required you to push the doors close button
The property was fine. The staff was less then helpful with issues pertaining to my checking in . Extremely stressful and it took way to long to resolve. Claiming my card didn’t go through , though my bank showed it did and my online banking showed it did. I then paid cash and made me have less money budgeted for the trip. Despite showing the proof and talking to the SNL in front of them so they could hear it got me no where. I budgeted this get away so my card handled the hotel and my cash fed us and let us enjoy the attractions. It took over a day to finally have the hotel lift the hold on the charge , so my bank said k could then use my card. Again I don’t have a lot of funds so I allocated carefully. Definitely would not recommend staying there due to this.

Your coffee machines suck. That coffee is terrible. I've been to several choice now and they all have that same one.
