A good stay except for the internet
Pros:

Good staff and room had hardwood floor. The bus stop is across the street.

Cons:

The internet in our room was very bad. It kept dropping and we had to reconnect repeatedly to either our room or another hotel room's wifi depending on where we were in the room. The MTR station about 10 minute walk.

酒店位置以及前台資深的女經理服務態度專業性都很棒，退房時的男性服務員態度及專業性也都很好，位置離地鐵站不遠走路能到

Cons:

晚班的前台女性年輕服務員，態度及專業性極差，如果不想做服務業其實可以不用勉強自己，下雨天想要與你們前台借雨傘，表明自己為房客也是先試探性地詢問是否有雨傘出借服務，也不確認直接就跟我說沒有這個服務並用不太好的語氣問說你是誰，下午協助check in的女經理立即出面說客人表明是房客，詢問房號後就將雨傘借給我們了，看到我們拿到雨傘他好像很不開心的死盯著我們

Does not live up to the 'Small Luxury Hotel' name
Pros:

The hotel has a fair price point and a decent location. It’s close to local attractions, but not quite walkable, so expect to take a taxi. While the value is okay, the 'ghostly' atmosphere and slow elevators made for a frustrating experience.

Cons:

The hotel's interior design feels overly dim and lacks warmth, leaning more toward 'eerie' than 'atmospheric.' Functional issues added to the frustration: the elevators are slow and unresponsive, and the heavy room doors are surprisingly difficult to operate. Dining was equally disappointing, with a monotonous and overpriced breakfast. Service at the front desk was inconsistent, ranging from lukewarm to outright cold.

Pros:

The staffs were very attentive. Security was tight.

Cons:

Room smelled a little musty. The hotel did supplied a dehumidifier. But we had to empty out the water out ourselves.

Stayed there my last two visits and likely will stay on the next.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Staff very attentive and helpful. Clean, modern, artsy, quirky interior and the location is excellent. Even though it's centrally located, the area is quiet but within easy walking of good restaurants, a good night market, and a Metro station.

Cons:

As with many new/upgraded hotels, the shower stall is not fully enclosed - a half glass wall - water inevitably soaks the bathroom floor and bathmat. Not a big thing but it's such an easy fix.

Amazing location and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel’s location is truly five-star. It’s within walking distance of Daan Station on the Red Line, which provides easy access to many key attractions. It’s also surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars, making it a fantastic place to stay.

The staff were also very helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better.

C’est bien situé dans le centre ville.

Cons:

Il y a une moustique quand je suis arrivé, le lit est très vieux donc cela fait beaucoup de bruit et le métal au tour de la porte de la salle de bain, des toilettes sont rouillés. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit également. Aussi, le wifi a très mal fonctionné.
