Vier von fünf Übernachtungen wurden durch ungemachte Betten mit deutlichen Spuren (Haaren) früherer Gäste, einen Toilettenspülkasten, der nicht spülte, eine defekte Dusche und eine defekte Zimmertür beeinträchtigt. Dies ist für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel.

Over the last four weeks, we have used the Comfort Suites Airport as a stopover on our way to various destinations within Alaska.
The location – close to the airport – is ideal for this.
The quality of the accommodation is more than questionable. Four out of five nights were marred by unmade beds with traces (hairs) left by previous guests, a toilet cistern that wouldn’t flush, a shower that didn’t work and a faulty room door. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

Nicht weit vom Flughafen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Abgewohnt. Klimaanlage extrem laut. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Beim Frühstück alles Einweg.

Helpful staff. Airport pick-up and drop-off very easy and efficient

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Not good quality food or options. Buffet with plastic plates, cups and cutlery.
No restaurant or food available on arrival. Quite isolated so no other option to have a meal after a long flight
