Pros:

Employees nice. Room large. Front desk good

Cons:

Fan in bathroom made loud noises and they said they couldn’t fix it. Bathroom door couldn’t close

We especially loved the large variety of foods for breakfast. Especially all the protein options.

Cons:

The problem we had was with Booking.com, NOT communicating with the hotel that we needed a handicap accessible room.

Convenient, clean, and a bear in the lobby. So Alaska
Pros:

It was spotlessly clean. Very convenient to the airport . They have shuttle service and picked me up promptly. While checking in, desk clerk asked if I needed a ride back to airport the next day. I did need ride and again, it was so convenient.

Cons:

The price was a bit high, but its Alaska and everything is expensive there.

close to a/port and comfortable
Pros:

2 nights before flying out after cruise , close to a/port and has a free shuttle , great place to say and I learnt how to get downtown by bus easy and great staff

Great for one night ‘airport’ stay!
Pros:

VERY convenient to Anchorage airport.
Large clean rooms. Very nice hot breakfast.
Friendly Staff.

Cons:

Extremely difficult to find, even with GPS
Typical older ‘airport hotel’ in need of some TLC.

Could have been better
Pros:

The staff was great.

Cons:

Most places that I travel to do not charge $5 for a coffee nor do they charge $18.95 for a buffet style continental breakfast. The room was fine but the cost for breakfast was very disappointing.

Pros:

cleanliness and condition of the room was very good. pretty much all of the staffing were the most friendly and helpful team that we have had in years.
