No sleep due to constant gurgling
Pros:

I had a terrible experience to be honest it was more like torture the broken fridge in the room was ridiculously loud humming and gurgling even when turned off at the power point.
I had to cancel my hunting trip the next day as I had no sleep.

I recorded it and showed reception in the morning and she was shocked.
I have made a complaint but not yet heard anything

Lovely location, great sized room!
Pros:

Location was excellent and the size of the rooms was great.

Cons:

Charging $20 a night to use a port-a-cot is ridiculous. The lights in the bathrooms were not very bright either.

Very convenient location, nice clean rooms. Car parking was great & next time we travel to Townsville we will be staying at the Oaks with out a doubt 👍🏽
