Clean comfortable room, however value for money was lacking.
Pros:

Location and view were lovely. Right over the river and pool area. Gardens and rooms were lovely. Comfortable beds, good in room facilities for cooking etc. Nice big fridge.

Cons:

The spa was cold, no Netflix, or smart TV available. One lift was not working for our stay, used the stairs instead then got locked in the stairwell. The Gym had only 4 machines of which one wasn't working. TV didn't work on our last night, no offer of compensation/room change, just an apology. PJs were left on the bed and therefore the room service attendant didn't make the bed. Never have I had this in a motel stay.
