Pros:

Both swimming pools are nice and the room was absolutely clean and tidy.
Location is very convenient for the city center and the port area.

Cons:

You need to pay on top for everything, even the swim caps we had to buy, despite some people didn’t wear them, and so the billiard cues and balls. It’s not possible to have a flat price for parking, if you come and go you need to pay every time. We did not use pre-paid breakfasts as my son was at the hospital for several days with my wife, and when we extended the stay because of that reason, that was not considered and we had to pay for additional breakfast (fine with the rules, but not nice).

Pros:

Lovely friendly staff on reception. Clean room with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Great location fit the marine (whale watching) and the old town..

Cons:

WiFi a bit hit and miss in the room but strong in communal areas.

Personnel du spa ne sert à rien . Il est juste bon à vous donner un code à scanner
Nul pour un Hôtel 4 🌟
Franchement nous sommes déçus, chambre très petite, il a fallu demandé à plusieurs reprises des serviettes et tapis de bain.

Estadia muito agradável em Ponta Delgada.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Espaçoso e confortável. Bom pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

Parque de estacionamento do hotel ser pago, quando podia ser um serviço incluído.
Para chegar ao quarto era preciso usar 2 elevadores e percorrer um corredor relativamente longo.

Excellent emplacement, chambre un peu veillotte. Jolie piscine sur le toit.

Excellent emplacement. Les chambres sont calmes, mais si elle bonne coté rue. Jolie piscine et terrasse sur le toit. Un bon hôtel et un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

Cons:

Climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Il fait chaud dans la chambre.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral. Wenn auch zuerst schwierig zu finden (Eingang für Autos in einer Straße, Fußgängereingang in einer anderen) und beide führen in 2. Reihe auf den Hoteleingang zu. Uberfahrer fanden sich nicht.
Das Zimmer war groß, bietet etwas Stauraum, wenn auch nicht genug um zwei Koffer auszupacken. Also kannst du schon aber kannst es nicht verstauen. Die Küche ist minimalistisch eingerichtet und funktioniert.
In der 3. Etsge konnten wir das Meer sehen, die Aussicht ist top. Der Außenpool sieht aus, als könnte man gut schwimmen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Durch den Hoteleingang und den Parkplatz war es in unserem Zimmer leider taghell. Und die Lüftung oder irgendwas anderes dröhnt beinahe rund um die Uhr, sodass schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich war.
Poolhandtücher benötigen 10 Euro Deposit genauso wie die Safenutzung.
Eigentlich ist es wohl ein Nichtraucherhotel aber auf den Balkonen darf geraucht werden.
Der Spabereich ist leider nicht ernst zu nehmen und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Abgesehen davon, dass man entspannt auf den Parkplatz schaut, ist er ungemütlich, kühl und zugig. Der Pool wird in eine Richtung so flach, dass Bahnen schwimmen schwierig ist. Man sollte duschen vorab und Badekappe tragen, Personal war aber nicht vorhanden, um das mal zu prüfen.
Der Whirlpool ist kaum lauwarm und blubbert auf Sparflamme, unnötig da drin rumzusitzen. Am Pool sind die Toiletten. Türen schön weit offen, für die gute Aussicht.
Sauna und Dampfbad sind eingebaute recht kleine Anlagen. Sitzt du in der Sauna, hörst du die Gäste im Dampfbad reden, oben drüber den Fitnesbereich. Sauna hatte konstant 54 Grad. Wer's mag...
In der Sauna fehlt die Sanduhr. Ist bekannt aber naja, ja is halt so, sagt man.
Ansonsten latschen auch Gäste in Straßenklamotten mal durch zum Gucken.
Sind ohnehin die einzigen Toiletten im Erdgeschoss.
Dafür geht man dann in Badesachen durch die Bar im 1. OG, wenn man in den Außenpool will und schwimmt vorm Frühstücksrestaurant.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli, jossa erinomainen aamiainen.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä. Asiakkaita oli vähän, joten hotelli oli varsin hiljainen, mikä ei minua haitannut. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Span saunaa koskien annoin hotellille kehittämisideoita, mm. lauteet olivat kunnostuksen tarpeessa. Hieronta spassa oli hyvä, henkilökunta oikein ystävällistä.
