Chambre spacieuse et confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Situé à 5min du centre de la ville à pieds. Le personnel est très aimable.
Le restaurant sur le toit de l'hôtel (qui je pense n'est pas géré par l'hôtel) J'y ai été assez mal accueilli et donc j'ai décidé de ne pas y diner..

A varied selection of food, and a special thanks for the vegetables. The view from the window is wonderful, but keep in mind that it's right next to the road.

Location, excellent breakfast, very clean, well maintained. Julia in the breakfast room is a gem.
Parking was a challenge, but we managed to find a spot each of the 2 days we were there. And Anna at the front desk should smooth the edge of cynicism from her communication style.

The Kossak hotel was very enjoyable . What a find !! Location was perfect. The breakfast was lovely & a great choice of food.... The bedroom was very comfortable, bathroom was very good the shower gel & lotion was to a high standard.. Just a lovely touch.. The rooftop bar/restaurant was totally amazing with fantastic views of the Vistula river & Wawel Royal Castle..
The only thing we didn't like was the noise, I think there might be a nightclub near by.. Also the fly's on the rooftop bar at night..
