Toll, ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr schön eingerichtet, es gab Besonderheiten und eine schöne Farbwahl und die Klimaanlage fantastisch. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch schon vorher bei der Organisation von Ausflügen und Reservierungen. Alles war sehr gut organisiert.

Cons:

Ich fand den Aufbau des Frühstücksbuffets nicht intuitiv. Teller kommen erst nach dem Brot, ich habe immer irgendwas gesucht. Die Tische sind nicht eingedeckt und werden nicht ganz abgewischt (die Sets bleiben dabei liegen). Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich eingedeckte Tische und auch Kaffee-/Tee-Bedienung am Platz erwarten. Die Auslagen waren außerdem nicht beschriftet. Beim Frühstück kann es noch Verbesserungen geben!

Komfortowy hotel w centrum miasta
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna, pokój z pięknym widokiem na Wawel. Łóżko i poduszki bardzo wygodne, śniadanie smaczne.

Cons:

Strefa spa a właściwie pokój do masażu powinien być wyciszony. Mimo, że pani wykonuje dobrze swoją pracę relaks był niemożliwy, ze względu na krzyczące dziecko za szklaną szybą, głośno rozmawiającą rodzinę i kilkukrotne szarpanie za klamkę. Jeżeli przyszedłby ktoś biegać na bieżni podejrzewam że efekty byłyby jeszcze "lepsze".

Great access to key attractions
Pros:

Reasonably priced hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Also a rooftop restaurant with a full bar - great views of the river, great food, and great views of Wawel castle. Rooms were comfortable with regular cleaning - we were there 5 nights. Very easy access to the key tourist attractions in Krakow. We walked to the Castle in 5 minutes and to the center of Old Town in 15 minutes. Nice that it is independent vs. one of the chains - if you like that - which we did.
