Overall a lovely stay, and good value.
Pros:

Location was very good, just 5 minutes walk to the castle and 15 minutes to the market square.
Our room had a lovely view over the river and castle and was very clean and comfortable with good, plentiful toiletries, tea making facilities and bottled water. Also lots of room to store clothes, which is frequently a rarity!
The cold choices at breakfast was excellent, though hot food not so much.
We dined in the rooftop restaurant one night, and the food was excellent with friendly waiting staff.

Cons:

There didn't seem to be any air conditioning or heating control in the room.

Pros:

The location is very good. The view vas beautiful. The breakfast was nice. There was a very nice sitting area in the room, 2 armchairs and a little coffee table. A coffeemaker and a kettle in the room is a huge bonus!

Cons:

The mattress was very soft and not comfortable.
The noice from the outside made it hard to sleep.
The smell in the room was not fresh, but opening the window solved the problem.

Wonderful quality hotel on a great location
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Krakow. Nice views of the river and castle, walking distance to the castle, old town etc. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean.

Расположение супер,рядом река,минут 10 до старого города.Вид с террасы обалденный.Сам отель уютный,все чистое,новое.Очень удобные кровати с огромным выбором подушек.

Cons:

Завтраки немного однообразные,но голодным не уйдёшь.И в ванной комнате периодически неприятный запах.

Very pleasent stay in the center of Cracow.
Pros:

The location was great. We were unexpectedly upgreaded to a better room and we had amazing view. The breakfast was great, lots to chose from.

Ottima posizione. 10 minuti dal centro, servita dai mezzi pubblici per qualunque spostamento. Dall'autobus 300 da/per aeroporto al 304 per la miniera del sale.
Buona colazione e piacevole spa con sauna. Cameta fornita di asse da stiro e phon tradizionale.Terrazza panoramica con bar ristorante con bella vista della cattedrale e del fiume.
Un ottimo compromesso. Consigliato

Locatia in centrul orasului, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice, autobuz direct pana la aeroport, super curat, produse de igiena de calitate, Clarins, ne-au ajutat cu informații cei de la receptie, mic dejun diversificat. Nu am poze din camera

Pernele, desi erau 3 de pt fiecare oersoana, niciuna suficient de confortabila pt somn. In rest, nimic de reproșat. Daca am reveni, cu siguranta tot aici am sta.
