Fabulous weekend away with friends, staying in a great, perfectly located hotel.
Pros:

Great location and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and a variety of options. Food in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing.

Recommended hotel in center of Krakow.
Pros:

Lovely hotel near the center of Krakow, good size room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Roof top terrace a bonus with reasonable prices for dinner and drinks too. 10 mins walk to the historic center or cross the road to the river bank and a short walk to the castle.

Cons:

Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than bath with shower attachment, but other than that we really like our room.

Es war alles gut und empfehlenswert. Frühstück oben im Restaurant wäre toll.
Pros:

Alles war gut. Zimmergröße und Lage waren sehr gut. Frühstück war gut. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Cons:

Es war im Prinzip alles in Ordnung. Frühstück von Montag bis Freitag nur bis 10.00 Uhr, das ist im Urlaub eine kleine Einschränkung- Samstag und Sonntag ist frühstück bis 11.00 Uhr, das ist okay. Frühstück selbst ist gut

Exactly, highly recommend
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

What really made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special mention goes to Joanna, who was absolutely excellent throughout our visit. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience.

Thank you to Joanna and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Fra første blikk så hyggelig velkomst! Beliggenheten er helt utmerket, rommene er store, har Nespresso maskin, nydelige senger og Clarins produkter på badet.
