Das Frühstück war ganz gut 👍
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber gepflegt und sehr gut gelüftet auch die Klimaanlage hat es sehr gut funktioniert😃 und von der Zimmergröße war sehr optimal 👍. Die Bettmatratzen waren sehr 👍 gut. Safe im Schrank ist leicht zu bedienen mit einer guten Beschreibung. Die Lage liegt gut um eine schöne Bergwanderung unternehmen zu können. In Lago di Monate ist herrlich zu 🏊‍♀️ schwimmen. Hier kann man schon ab hier eine schöne Radtour 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴machen. Das Personal im Hotel war allgemein sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Agréable, calme et pratique
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Calme et balcon sur le lac agréable.
La chambre était prête avant le Check-in
Le restaurant y attenant était bon et pratique.
Chambres très soignées.
Un ventilateur sur pied a été mis à disposition par le gardien de nuit. Merci à lui.

Cons:

Climatisation de la chambre en panne mais résolue la troisième nuit.
Accueil à la réception “poker-face” et pas enclin à dire bonjour. Ça c’est un point à corriger.
En revanche personnel du petit déjeuner très très gentil.

Pros:

Personeel bij het ontbijt was erg aardig. Ondanks dat het houten bed kraakt als je je omdraait, heb ik goed geslapen.

Cons:

Na een lange dag kwamen we aan in een warme hotelkamer. Airco deed het niet (er werd gezegd dat er aan de airco werd gewerkt, een andere kamer zou hetzelfde probleem geven) we kregen een ventilator mee. Die kreeg de warmte - 26 graden - niet weg. Weliswaar hadden wij openslaande deuren maar deze zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk en daarnaast - liggend aan een meer, willen wij ook niet muggen uitnodigen. Onze kamer had 2 stopcontacten, een bij het bureau en een bij de opening van onze kamer. Niet handig als je een stopcontact nodig hebt bij het bed. Er is geen koffie of thee vrij beschikbaar, maximum is 2 koppen.

Die Zimmertrennung durch eine einfache Tür. Deswegen war es auch nach 22 Uhr immer noch zu laut.

Ruime kamer met balkon en zicht op het meer. Zeer vriendelijke roomservice.

Cons:

Ma-za , vanaf 06.00 herrie van de glasbak en aansluitend van het gemeentelijke afvalpunt aan de overkant. Ontbijt tot 10.00 uur, maar diverse keren waren er vanaf 08.45 zaken op, die niet meer aangevuld werden

Magnifique emplacement au bord du lac. Très calme.
Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié.

Pros:

Aamiaisella oli runsas valikoima, jos vaan sitä oli tarjolla. Huoneen parveke oli kiva ja näköala järvelle upea. Huone oli valoisa ja tilava, ilmastointi toimiva. Viereinen ravintola tarjosi maukasta ruokaa ja hyvän menun. Lähistöllä oli mukavat ulkoilureitit.

Cons:

Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli välinpitämättömiä eikä juurikaan tervehtinyt ohimennessä, asiakaspalvelualttius puuttui, aamupalalla oli usein ruuat loppu.
