Pros:

Klidné prostředí, v blízkosti restaurace

Cons:

Hotel leží na břehu jezer, v něm však od roku 2015 platí přísný zákaz koupání. Koupat se lze u jezera Monate, které se nachází cca 4 km od hotelu. Pláže jsou zpoplatněné (6 eur za osobu a o víkendu 10 eur za osobu). O víkendu je problém u pláží zaparkovat. Ternate je vesnice, kde není turisticky nic zajímavého. Nejbližší prodejna s potravinami je cca 1 km od hotelu. V hotelu jsme měli 2 pokoje - 106 a 107. Na pokojích je malý kuchyňský kout s dvouplotýnkovým vařičem a lednicí, ale není tam vůbec žádné nádobí a vařič je odpojený, takže nefunguje. Na pokoji 107 byl u mrazáku v lednici utržený držák, takže byl mrazák neustále otevřený a vše, co bylo v lednici, zmrzlo. Matrace na postelích jsou velmi proležené. Na klimatizace nelze regulovat intenzitu foukání, fouká neustále naplno, což způsobuje velký hluk. V pokoji 107 nefunguje světlo nad umyvadlem. Ve sprchovém koutě je sprcha s velkou sprchovací hlavice nad hlavou, ruční sprchovací hadice chybí, takže si při sprchování vždy namočíte hlavu. Snídaně jsou na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel chudé. Velmi vázne doplňování jídla. Chybí horká voda na čaj - pokud si chcete udělat čaj, musíte si říct personálu o konvici s horkou vodou, ta se pak počítá jako jeden nápoj zdarma. Host má v rámci snídaně právo na dva nápoje zdarma, každý další se platí. Pečivo k snídani jsou mražené housky, které personál rozpéká. V pokoji 106 jsme při večerním příchodu na pokoj objevili obrovského černého švába. Kvalita hotelu a služeb rozhodně neodpovídá čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu.

Comfortable room in a convenient location
Pros:

Comfortable room. Convenient parking within a few feet of the hotel. The cafe/bar in the nearby park was ideal for the best value aperetivi we had all holiday. The adjacent pizzeria had a nice terrace overlooking the lake and was very reasonable in terms of price.

Cons:

As a one night stopover, it was really pretty good. The only thing that annoyed me was sitting down to breakfast and reading a sign on the table that said we we only allowed two cups of coffee! The room cost over £100, do they really need to do that?

Ok for the price
Pros:

The view of the lake and the park nearby was great. Unfortunately no bathing was allowed in the lake, big minus. The park was big and had lots of playthings for children. Around 20pm a lot of shady people appeared though.
There was a pizzeria nearby that served great pizzas for really cheap (around 6-7 euros a piece). Almost all of the staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were ok, but i spilled a little on the floor once and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel turned dark gray... Meaning the floors were really dirty (but not visibly). The showers were also poorly designed and all seemed to suffer from water damage in varying degrees (wavy, dark, rising floorboards , metal seams with rust). Linens were white and clean and changed every day. Had a bit too much of a strong soap smell for my taste though.
Breakfast was not the best, too much croissants and pastry.
Bread was very dull and cheese/ham pretty dull and partly dry. There was a pancake machine which was fun and made decent pancakes. But in the end, you had to force yourself to eat every morning so you didn't go hungry the rest of the day. It was near impossible to get hold of any food in the evening/night after the pizzeria closed at 22pm. The hotel had some leftover croissants if you were lucky but that was it.
(The restaurant across the street was heavily overpriced and we didn't bother with it. Maybe they were open later...)
