Séjour merveilleux, à refaire !!
Pros:

L’accueil, la situation géographique, l’hôtel et ses services ainsi que la suite étaient tout simplement fabuleux. Pour un hôtel d’affaires, l’hôtel a accueilli notre famille à merveille, lit bébé confort et chaise bébé à chaque repas. Ça a été un plaisir!

Cons:

Peu insonorisé, et quartier anime la nuit, pouvant déranger.

The junior suite smelled musty. There was no hot water the whole week, just luke warm. The bathroom was dated with cracked sinks. Limited breakfast options.

No leadership - front office and service staff across board need basic lessons on hospitality - house keeping staff is diligent and hard working - Aircon was not changing. Temperature - only warm water at shower no hot water -
And room 202 can hear even a sneeze from another room - I couldn’t rest at all
