We all had a very enjoyable time regardless, just disappointed, a little disrespectful to me
Pros:

Ive stayed many times in Mama Shelter and this stay was for my son Andrew Sillitoes 50th birthday.
There were 11 in total staying, plus we paid £350 for a room for the celebration including food. Plus we spent large amounts of money on drinks and food though out the five days, i repeat LARGE amounts. We were NOT offered any special rates
I have recommended your hotel to many and still no special offers for myself.

Cons:

So what i didn’t like was when a member of staff questioned my son on his payments for coffee - i paid for breakfast and i didn’t once eat breakfast so my grandson having a bowel of cereal a couple of times and Andrew ate mine on 2 occasions. I find this insulting, disappointing and quite honestly appalling.

Schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, jedoch mit deutlichen Abstrichen beim Parken, Frühstück und durch
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage grundsätzlich war praktisch.

Cons:

Das Parken war leider anders als angegeben, da sich der Parkplatz nicht direkt neben dem Hotel befindet, sondern im angrenzenden Shoppingcenter. Es waren kaum freie Plätze verfügbar und wir mussten länger warten, bis ein Parkplatz frei wurde. Besonders störend war die große Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel – hier wurde sogar am Samstag und Sonntag gearbeitet. Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal teilweise überfordert, Teller gingen aus und die Tische wurden nur sehr langsam abgeräumt, sodass Gäste selbst Platz schaffen mussten.

O hotel tem um bom café da manhã, os funcionários são atenciosos. Quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Nos quartos tem livros, super bacana, porém se vc for dar uma lida neles a quantidade de poeira é enorme. Precisa de mais cuidados na limpeza dos itens no quarto

Modern, great hotel. Exactly what I had hoped for.
Pros:

Professional staff, easy check-in, modern and clean hotel. It was a breeze and exactly what I wanted. Loved the area and the public transport in Prague is brilliant.

Cons:

My room was a little chilly and the temperature control didn't make sense.

Pros:

Modernes Hotel, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, top Betten, sauberes Bad, Frühstück sehr gut. Michael von der Rezeption ist der beste.
