Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the activities we planned for our trip. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also accommodated my request for a room location, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Parking was convenient, and they allowed me to park my moving trailer without issue, which was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The toilet in the bathroom was loose and rocked noticeably whenever I sat down or stood up. It did not feel stable and should be repaired. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Better than average in all respects
Pros:

Got there when the food was just put out so eggs were hot, sausage was lukewarm and muffins were a little stale. Over all it was better than most motel breakfast. Room was very nice.

Cons:

Room was too far from the elevator and at the opposite end of the hall from ice and vending machines. (For old people after 10 hours of driving)

Pros:

We've stayed here several times ... It's mid-way to exchange dog and grandson when we can. Will probably stay more, due to location. Not the best, but convenient.

Do NOT stay in room 106!!
Pros:

The property was in a good location, close to many restaurants and other amenities

Cons:

We stay with LaQuinta quite a bit when we travel so this was a very disappointing stay. We booked an executive king room- king bed, couch, coffee table, desk. We got there and had no couch, no table- nothing but bed and desk with one uncomfortable desk chair. Had nowhere to sit other than the bed. Spoke with front desk 20 minutes after checkin, she will speak to manager about a possible discount and get back to us. Never heard a thing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the updates had just been paint over wood rot and water damaged ceiling. Water was warm at best and there was no ice for most of the time we were there. The next morning, spoke with a different front desk, she will call manager about trying to move a chair or two in the room. Manager said they had no one that was covered under their insurance to move furniture. When came back to room after dinner, entire room reeked of weed as a family was doing a family reunion at hotel and had set up a larger smoker and fryers in the parking lot outside our room where they were smoking. Nothing done when we talked to front desk. Family was loud and disturbed everyone until almost midnight with nothing done by management. Spoke to third front desk on check out day about discount. Said it was one our account but manager never notified. While we may stay at another LaQuinta elsewhere, we will never stay here again.
