Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

Room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Just would have liked biscuits and gravy which were not available.

Pros:

Great location. I have stayed there every time we go to Waco to visit my son. The mall is across the expressway and shopping centers close by.

Cons:

I am an occasional smoker and the area where you can smoke is closed off. It gets too hot during the summer because air doesn't go through.
