New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.
The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.
All apartments are cleaned 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.
In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

The swimming pool with slides for children is seasonal and its operation is also subject to weather conditions.
Guests who wish to purchase meals together with their reservation must specify which days they wish to reserve them. This request can be made through the special requests box during booking. Hôtel bien situé, appartement assez grand pour 4 personnes. Au calme avec quelques commerce non loin pour faire quelques courses et des restaurants en 5 min.
Même en très bon état appartement commence a se faire vieux. Pas de café ou du thé alors que c'est un appart hôtel. Un petit kit de bienvenue du thé café et sucre serait un plus. Bon hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Plafond de la.piscine intérieur abîmé par exemple. Des toutes petites fourmis dans la chambre sans trop de conséquences heureusement. Le plus gros point négatif est le prix du petit dej. 126 euros en promos pour 3 jours pour 4 personnes. Trop chère tout en sachant que les enfants mangent pas grand chose. Quelques courses a l'extérieur ça m'a coûté que 30 euros. L'hôtel a bcp de restaurants mais que 3 en services. Les autres en travaux. Dommage.

Dostałem niedziałające bransoletki. Standard pokoi jest tragiczny, 2 gwiazdki to maksymalna ocena. Nie wiem jak można ocenić ten hotel na 4 gwiazdki. Booking powinien zdegradować klasyfikację. Rozpadające się sofy, brudne ściany, podarte poduszki, kilkudziesięcioletnie wyposażenie. Wygląda bardziej jak hotel pracowniczy.
We stayed in Alfagar Prestige one bedroom apartment. It was very big and comfortable. The resort has so much to do for kids and the food in all of the restaurants was really good. The staff in reception are super helpful. Everything about the resort is clean and comfortable
The room was great with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and ocean. The beach was close by to sit and enjoy. The pools were great and not too crowded in April. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The location was a 1km walk to shopping and restaurants. Short Bolt ride to Falesia Beach which is a must see. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to have meals in the room. Free parking.
For a resort of this calibre the food was overpriced, which is to be expected. But the serving sizes were small at the Cafeteria and the Chef's buffet for 28 euro per person at the main hotel was embarrassingly bad. You can walk to many restaurants and do much better in quality and value.
