Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

The photographs are representative and the layout of the apartment, location and decoration may vary.

The swimming pool with slides for children is seasonal and its operation is also subject to weather conditions.

Guests who wish to purchase meals together with their reservation must specify which days they wish to reserve them. This request can be made through the special requests box during booking. Pros:

Piscinas diversas, jantares temáticos e com qualidade, quarto espaçoso e com boa varanda. Animação noturna.

Cons:

Tudo muito dirigido a publico ingles, nomeadamente os horários da animação que começam na hora de jantar dos portugueses. Pequeno almoço pouco variado e com pouca variedade de pao. Colchão demasiado mole e desconfortável para a região lombar.

splendide, de nombreuses piscines qui font le bonheur des enfants, un buffet excellent
Pros:

L'hôtel est incroyable, nous avons découvert des piscines supplémentaires chaque jour. Pour les enfants c'est vraiment super et pour les adultes c'est beaucoup de repos entre les activités sportives, les repas buffet délicieux et la plage au bout de l'hôtel. Idéalement situé même si on aurait presque envie de ne pas sortir tant l'hôtel réserve de nombreux équipements

Pros:

The apartment was clean, big enough for a family of four and the staff were amazing. The facilities were exceptional and family friendly. We booked half board and the food was amazing; they had a different theme each night for dinner. The kids enjoyed it and we won't mind visiting again if we were ever in that area of Albufeira.

A nice, big hotel near the ocean
Pros:

we had a great stay here! location of the hotel is perfect here! the hotel itself is huge, with a lot of things in it, bars, pools, gyms, playgrounds etc.

Cons:

the room itself was good in general, but sometimes there was a smell from the sewer in the balcony and birds got stuck in the ventilation on the kitchen and were making a lot of noise
