Nos fuimos a otro hotel
En el viaje fuimos 6 personas y seis habitaciones todos nos fuimos y no quisieron devolver nada de la reserva .

Las fotos de su página totalmente falsas, la habitación sucia, la pared manchada de negro
El elevador sucio, el baño con pelos y un pésimo mal olor

Extremely dissapointing, will never stay at this facility again if in Mexico

Nothing, this facility was a complete disappointment. When I made my booking, the hotel sent me a note saying that they have staff that speaks English, which was not the case when I got there, though they tried their best with Google Translate to assist me. Though the bed in the room was large enough, the actual room was a complete disappointment

Cons:

Everything was bad: network connectivity, the hotel wasn't clean, though I am not sure if it is due to the World Cup. On my first night, there were noises till 3 am local time, and these guests didn't care about other guests on the same floor. As much as the room was spacious, the toilet door looked like something built for an extra-small person. Good luck getting into the toilet if you happen to be a large person. The coffee machine was full of dust, and the room smelled of mold

Creo que nada fue de mi total agrado. Para empezar estaban en remuneración, lo cual hacía que no fuera tan cómodo desde la llegada. La ubicación era muy céntrica, pero el gobierno de Guadalajara tiene todo sucio y con olores fétidos.

Cons:

No me gustó que el restaurante fueran tan descuidados, la primera ocasión el servicio a cuarto tardo mas del doble del tiempo que me dijeron que tomaría. La segunda vez bajamos y nadie nos tomaba la orden, tuve que pararme a preguntar. La tercera vez pedi algo para llevar y le especifique a la muchacha que subiría y que necesitaba la avena para llevar ya que llevaba prisa, cuando regrese por la avena no habia nada, se le olvido pasar la comanda. Otra cosa al "gimnasio" que dicen tener le falta mantenimiento, ninguno de los 3 aparatos que tienen funciona adecuadamente, la alberca sucia. Definitivamente no volvería

Está muy cerca del centro histórico. Tiene muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

El valet parking tarda hasta 30 minutos para atenderte. Y otros 30 minutos o más para traer el carro. No tienen suficiente estacionamiento frente a recepción ya que está en una avenida principal y tampoco se debe esperar en doble fila. Pedimos toallas y nos dijeron que no tenían disponibles. Sale olor a drenaje en el lavamanos.

La ubicación, en pleno centro. A pocas cuadras del FIFA FAN ZONE. Las instalaciones también estaban muy bien!
