Solo pedí room service y pésimo, lo pedí sin cebolla y hasta me pusieron mas cebolla. La actitud de la recepcionista Maria José pésima y en la página decía que el hotel si tenia estacionamiento y no tiene estacionamiento propio. Me mandaron a otro en otra calle y afuerza valet y la actitud del señor que me atendió pésima, súper grosero. Terminé buscando estacionamiento en otro lugar. Vuando regrese a Guadalajara definitivamente no me hospedaje ahi. Gracias.

Lugar estratégico... la limpieza deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

Ya está sería la segunda vez que me hospedó. La primera vez pensé que había sido cuestión de mala suerte que me había tocado una habitación muy sucia sin embargo está vez fue exactamente igual y hasta peor porque todas las habitaciones estaban así. El personal del mostrador nos atendió muy amable. Pero la persona "bellboy" que estaba en ese turno vio que traiga una carreola con un bebé y no fue digno de apoyarme al menos por caballerosidad aparte que la rampa no servia se tenía que subir las escaleras. Las sábanas super sucias...con cabello púbico y cabellos que no son ni mios. Mal olor en las habitaciones. Podría jurar que no cambian las sábanas tras la salida de cada hospedaje.
