Las máquinas del gym no eran funcionales al 100%, pedimos las raquetas de pin pong, nos pidieron $500 de respaldo, pero las raquetas estaban rotas, me di cuenta cuando ya las íbamos a usar, le hice el comentario al chico de recepción y dijo que eran las únicas que tenían, honestamente deberían tenerlas en buen estado.

Good value for money and great location.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the pool was lovely. The TV had Natflix and Prime apps which was ideal. The location was close to the central plaza and walking streets. Valet parking was an awesome surprise!

Cons:

The room was a bit musty. The noise from outside on the street seemed almost as f vv the windows were wide open, but they were indeed fully shut. The telephone and AC lights were so bright at night it was like sleeping in Time Square. The restaurant downstairs was pretty unappetizing. The french toast was just sliced sandwich bread dipped quickly in eggs before frying and then quite literally buried in cinamon sugar, and we had to ask for the fruit that was meant to accompany it. The omlette was just scrambled eggs, but was 30 peso more than the scrambled eggs which was pretty sad, and the coffee was rather weak. But the waitress was super lovely about it. It would be nice if the pool/gym had towels so that we did not need to bring our only bath towels to the pool.

NO ME GUSTÓ QUE EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA HAB. 104 NO FUNCIONA BIEN Y TODO EL TIEMPO ESTUVO HACIENDO RUIDO EL MOTOR, AL BAÑO LE PODRÍAN PONER ALGO PARA PONER LOS ARTICULOS DE ASEO PUES LO QUE TIENE ES ALGO MUY PEQUEÑO Y OBLIGA A TENER QUE DEJARLO EN EL SUELO.

It's an average good hotel in the very centre of the city, with all the facilities and the professional staff of a large hotel.
People all say the area is a bit dodgy at night, but nothing to really freak out. We walked back home after sunset with our family of 2 small kids.
The pool is smaller than it looks on the photo.

Cheap in price, many inconveniences.
Pros:

Price was good considering that a walk in without reservation is $9000mxn (nine thousand) per night. This is displayed on their signage at check in counter.

Cons:

Rooms are really outdated and in desperate need of an update. Bathrooms are small and the shower in particular is tiny. Bed sheets were stained and we found some type of bug on the bed. Upon further inspection, there were multiple bed bugs. We were changed room due to this.

The area is sketchy although close to the city center. Do not go out at night.
