Pros:

It’s vibrant and busy and well designed. The pool area is next level.

Cons:

It’s best to a construction site which is super noisey, I paid for a premium ocean room but was on the third floor with barely a view for the first two nights but when I complained was moved ten floors up which was less noisey and had gorgeous views.

Was a great night away.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, welcoming and nothing was a problem.

Cons:

Hot water is shower was a problem. On full tit and no cold water needed but yet still not hot enough.
Bed was too soft.

Great birthday getaway for my daughter
Pros:

The manager Rory was lovley as asked what the occasion was I was coming and I stated for my daughter's 9th birthday. He arranged balloons and also a chocolate and card sent to the room. For her and she was just so happy and loved it! Thank you QT for an amazing weekend definitely coming back again! ♥️🥰

Cons:

The bathroom didnt have the fan, so water on walls and door from heat and just balcony door one side of it was not able to open stuck on the tracks.
