Gorgeous, bright colourful hotel, perfect for two night conference stay.
Pros:

Bed was heavenly. Bathrobes were super fun and comfortable. Gorgeous room, even the "city view" had a lovely view of the river and mountains.

Cons:

Wifi access code wasn't obviously communicated in room, handouts in room were about spa/beauty packages etc.

Pros:

Great location, only a short walk to Paradise Centre and Surfers Paradise beach. Close to the tram. Bed was very comfortable. Room was huge with a great ocean view.

Cons:

Lots of small moths in the room. Drain in the toilet wasn't draining well. Toilet was very small. Little variety for their breakfast buffet, not worth the price if you're paying full rates.

Fun and comfortable venue in a great location. Reasonable value for money, 4 stars.
Pros:

Location was great. Food was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hot water from the shower wasn't hot. I had to have only hot water running to make it a warm shower. Worse at peak times. The doors to the balcony were also not soundproof. We were woken at 6:45am on Saturday morning to the construction below. The noise from the bar was also very loud and the music sounded like it was in our room. Double glazed doors on the ocean side might be a good idea.
