Staff were the highlight of my stay.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic! I arrived early, left my luggage at the hotel to grab some breakfast, and my room was ready before the official check-in time. The staff were also incredibly helpful when I was caught in a rain storm and returned to the hotel drenched, promptly supplying me with towels.

Nothing! It was all great.

pool is great, excellent location

Cons:

some of the main restaurants were under construction, we were not informed of this when we booked over the phone, this was very dissapointing.
Bath robes were so faded,old and crunchy, they need replacing.

Extremely well thought after. It wouldn’t have been the same without Locky our private concierge. Awesome bloke.
Pros:

The QT cabins were awesome with private access to the floor. There is so much space outside to relax in where no one can bother you. It definitely needs its own pool though or spa.

Cons:

There was no pool on our level for the QT cabin guests and when we went to go to the pool on ground level it was packed we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and was way too small.

Pros:

Excellent Service as always with the QT Brand, Great Deal for the 3 days we stayed via the EVT Stays Membership Room was extremely Clean and was made up daily
