Very budget, just somewhere to lay your head!
Pros:

Friendly staff, location close enough to walk in to Nancy centre. Good underground parking available, although only 1 left, no stairs, extra time needed at peak times.

Cons:

Nothing. The room was very out dated and really basic, TV was very small with little choice for an international traveller. Kitchenette facilities very basic with the bare essentials. The bed was not comfortable. With the high outside temperatures the small room fan was extremely poor. The swimming was a nice addition to the facility and fit for purpose.

Bathroom, Very small out dated and in desperate need of modernising. 2 small towels for 2 people with no replacements for the 2nd night.

The breakfast was the most underwhelming, having stayed in dozens of hotel - part-hotel in Europe and beyond. The eggs were under cooked, choice was very poor and no member of staff during our breakfast time.

Zeer vies en slechte kleine bedden. Niet normaal warm in de kamers. Dit kan je zo niet verhuren. Kan ik geld terug krijgen?

Pros:

Le bâtiment est à proximité des arrêts de bus ce qui est pratique. Il y a aussi un accès direct à la petite piscine, super quand il fait chaud.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre. Traces sur les murs, présence de cheveux dans les draps, micro-ondes sale à l’intérieur, etc…

Personnel adorable dommage pour le manque de clim
Pros:

Piscine belle mais demande un peu d'entretien comme la rouille a supprimer et eviter les chaussures meme pour e personnel technique de passage..Traces laissees sur le sol....Et un net raffraichissement serait appreciable sans oublier linstallation de la clim pour frequenter cet etablissement l'ete...SINON A EVITER PENDANT CHALEUR

La piscine belle mais demande a etre rafraichit (Traces de rouille a eliminer)
Trop chaud sans clim cest totalement invivable et donc A EVITER pendant la phase canicule ou ETE.....
Un rafraichissement des chambres semblent aussi necessaire pour survi de cet etablissement

L'emplacement

Cons:

Pas de clim donc très chaud dans la chambre mais je le comprend ce n'est pas écrit mais c'était pendant la canicule une bouteille d'eau au frais dans la chambre aurait été une attention +++. Le petit déjeuner le jour de mon départ était très "pauvre" il n'y avait presque rien.

We hadden een kamer voor gezin gereserveerd, maar die hadden ze uiteindelijk niet nu verdeeld over twee kamers. Het was erg warm een kamer wel ventilator andere niet. Personeel kon het niet aan gaven verkeerde sleutel, waardoor je terecht kwam op een bezette kamer. Waardoor mijn vrouwe niet ontspannen heeft geslapen

Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich. Es gab eine kleine Küche und einen Kühlschrank. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, der Pool war sehr klein. Außerdem mussten wir lange warten, bis wir einchecken konnten, weil der Checkin erst um 15:00 Uhr begann und vorher auch keiner dort war. Die Umgebung war mittelmäßig vertrauenseinflößend.

Dirty Hotel

The friendliness of the staff

Cons:

There was a pair of used underwear inside the sofa bed when we arrived, which means the bed was clearly not cleaned properly—only the bed sheet had been changed.

Breakfast was served late. It should have been ready when guests arrived, but there wasn't even any bread. There was only one small jug of water/juice and milk, which ran out within two minutes and was never refilled. The eggs were completely undercooked, and in our four attempts to find a properly cooked egg, they ended up making a mess on our table. The bacon was barely cooked and almost raw. Guests were looking for bowls and cups but were told there were none left.

The small fan provided only in the living room did not cool the apartment at all. For a family of four sleeping between the living room and the bedroom, it meant someone had to sleep without any fan, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably.

Overall, we stayed with our family, including children, and it was very disappointing to pay for a breakfast that did not even meet the minimum expectations. We left hungry.

The swimming pool was also dirty, with clear signs that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time.

I do not recommend this hotel.

Slecht hotel en slechte service

Cons:

We hebben hier niet geslapen. Het was bloedheet. De ventilatoren maakten herrie en hadden geen bescherming. Dat is geen optie voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Ik heb om annulering gevraagd en zij gingen akkoord. Nu weigeren ze terugbetaling. Nooit hierheen gaan!

Sehr schlechte Service

Ich habe gebucht und war um 20:30 da und der Rezeption hat um 20:00 Uhr zu gemacht danach hab ich mit mein zwei kleine Kinder und mein Mann dort gewartet keine ist gekommen und hab versucht mehr mal anzurufen kein ging dran und dann mit booking in Kontakt gesetzt und die haben mir empfohlen 45m zu warten wenn die nicht zu booking antworten eine neue Hotel zu buchen und so war’s umsonst gewartet 3 stunden um am Ende neue Hotel zu buchen , also am besten nicht nach 19:00uhr in Hotel einchecken weil biss nächste Tag ist keine da und wir haben auch kein Code bekommen für unsere Zimmer oder sonst was.
