Pros:

The room was very clean, and the staff was incredibly warm and friendly

Cons:

Parking. Only valet and it was expensive.
Water. $8 a bottle, even for Bonvoy members

Overall, the hotel was nice and I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The front desk person who checked me in was very nice. The check in process was very easy. My room was ready as soon as I checked in so I was able to go to my room to drop my bags and then walk across the street to a restaurant for food before getting ready for my concert. The room was cute, clean, and had a nice view. Even though I didn't get to use the amenities I liked that the hotel offered a pool, bar/restaurant, and a gym for guests. I also liked that it was close to the Metro and plenty of food options nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to DC.

Cons:

My only issue, which wasn't a big deal, so I didn't make a complaint, was that one of the three larger towels in the room had a black stain on the back of it. I was intending to use that towel as a rug anyway to make sure no water would get in the floor in case it leaked out of the shower and so that I could have something to step onto when stepping out of the shower. Other than that, everything was great, and I didn't make a big deal of the towels because there were three in the room and I only needed one for my body and one for the floor.

Incredible location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

We liked the location since the trains were very easy to access and we were visiting universities so this helped. The room was very clean and the room attendant was very helpful. We enjoyed the gym and pool. The cookies at the end of the day were fabulous treat.
We liked the coffee we could make in the room.
Check out very efficient!
We did not try the breakfast.
