If I could rate under 1 I would. We booked this hotel for a guest speaker traveling to MD. The room was so filthy with items from the previous guest (see pics) we had to quickly find another hotel. The hotel then had the audacity to charge us for the room we could NOT use. The fact they checked a new guest in without ensuring a room had been cleaned confirm their lack of sanitation efforts in preparing rooms for guest regularly! We were able to have the fee refunded and will NEVER use this location again. There’s no way this hotel is connected to the Westin brand.
1. My room was not ready when I arrived to check-in at 3:15pm however check-in was at 3pm
2. Furniture was ripped
3. Stains on table near beds
4. No roll paper towels within the entire hotel
5. Bathroom shower hot water was cool
6. Yellow highlighter Stains on bed sheets & bed blankets
Walk in shower
The property at Arundel Mills was not an expected Marriott experience. While the room was spacious and the area around convenient, here are issues we encountered. The shower didn’t work, we requested a shuttle for pick up from the airport and after an hour waiting had to call back and were told it was our fault because we weren’t at the correct pick up spot, apparently they pick up from departures not the arrivals deck where all the signs are for hotel pick up, and the room was in need of maintenance with so many scratches on the floor and horribly stained carpets, lastly no friggin comforter on the bed, I got a damn sheet to cover up with. Super disappointed.
The pool wasn't working and that was main reason for booking there.
Everyone here at the element Arundel mills is absolutely amazing!!

The area. The hotel is really going down the bathroom flooded everytime we took a shower, we got one towel one hand towel and one wash cloth🤨The pool was closed we was really disappointed about the pool that's really why we booked there!!!😩🤨 Breakfast was ok the yogurt bar was great!! We should get a free stay or money back??😳🤨

The pool was out of order and the shuttle was limited plus you had to walk from one hotel to the next for bar service
The staff was very friendly
I been staying here for years I will say the place is starting to look un kept first room was dirty hair was left on the toilet and in the shower also the toilet had a foot print on it the staff moved us to another room where the ceiling looks like it had a water leak and it was patched up horribly this place needs an upgrade and the lack is security was a issue I can back from the casino at 3:30am and the staff member was snoring in the back office I say do better this use to be our favorite place to stay but i will look else where now
Close to live casino and Arundel Mills. Staff was wonderful, the room was very spacious and clean.
