All in all, the staff was nice, but this hotel was not my vibe for the price we paid.
Pros:

This hotel was centrally located to Arundel Mills Mall, the Maryland Live Casino and BWI airport. There were many things to do and lots of places to eat.

Cons:

We were on the 7th floor which gave a great view of the area, but the room was just blah. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows had seen better days. The remote to the TV was not working so we had to have someone come up and exchange. There were not enough towels and cloths in the room and had to ask for more. In addition I was charged $10 to park-even after I had prepaid for our room...but was refunded that charge--not sure if they made a mistake when I checked in or what.
