Good location, decent pool. Lacked umbrellas around the pool meaning many of the loungers were in full sun.

Cons:

Basic, room service didn’t refresh tea/coffee.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte einen extrem unangenehmen Geruch. Es muss von der Klimaanlage gekommen sein. Ein anderes Zimmer hat man uns nicht gegeben. Nach mehrmaliger Reklamation und Versuchen, das Problem zu beheben, wurde es halbwegs erträglich aber wir mussten mit offener Balkontür schlafen. Die Musik am Pool ist zu laut - an Lesen ist nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück ist passabel. Das Design und die Farbwahl des Hotels sind sehr kitschig. Zu teuer für den Preis.

La piscina de la azotea, y el personal que es muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Las habitaciones y parte de las instalaciones se ven un poco antiguas, y ademas las antiguas cocinas de las habitaciones están metidas en armarios llenas de mucha suciedad que se ve desde el exterior.

Cada año va a peor, me ha decepcionado bastante este año.
Pros:

El personal es encantador en general, la ubicación inmejorable, al lado de La Nogalera pero sin estar en todo el bullicio para poder descansar.

Cons:

Llevo tres años yendo y cada vez esta mas caro pero no hacen ninguna mejora en las instalaciones. El aire acondicionado era mas un ventilador, no se notaba apenas. No dije nada porque no hacía calor excesivo y se soportaba.
Mobiliario ya muy anticuado, suelos pintados y deteriorados.
Los servicios que da en algunos casos se han duplicado el precio el doble desde el año pasado, hablo del SPA.
El buffet desayuno ha ido bastante a peor.
Antes todos los sábados de verano hacían fiesta en la piscina, ahora ya no.
En definitiva, para lo que cobran cada vez esta mas apagado y desmejorado, precio de 4 estrellas para un hotel de 3 estrellas y que en alguna cosa no llega ni a 2.
Se lo estan cargando ellos solos, de hecho este año se ha notado bastante menos afluencia de gente.
Es una pena la verdad, si vuelvo al año que viene a Torremolinos buscaré otra opción.

Extremely Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional Staff & Dated Rooms
Pros:

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at Ritual Hotel Torremolinos, and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. As seasoned travelers who have stayed at hotels all over the world, we were frankly shocked by the pervasive rudeness, lack of professionalism, and overall poor value for money.

Check-In & Front Desk
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff set a negative tone. They were completely dismissive and rude. When we asked basic questions about the local area, nearby restaurants, or recommendations, we were met with blank stares and told they "had no information."

When we inquired about the Eden Beach Club, they refused to offer any guidance and bluntly told us we’d just have to walk down to the beach and figure it out ourselves. At almost every hotel worldwide, reception staff are cooperative, helpful, and eager to assist or at least guide you in the right direction. Here, it was the exact opposite.

Rooms & Facilities
For the price we paid, the accommodations were unacceptable:
* Beds: Extremely hard and uncomfortable.
* Room Condition: While clean, the decor and furnishings are extremely dated and worn out.
* Value: Nowhere near the standard you expect for the price point.

Pool Bar & Service
The poor attitude isn't isolated to the front desk—it extends throughout the entire property. The bar staff by the main pool were equally dismissive. On one occasion, I ordered a salad that took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. When I asked the bartender for an update on the delay, he simply looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and said, "You have to wait." There was zero effort to find a solution, apologize, or check on the kitchen.

Final Verdict
We do not recommend Ritual Hotel Torremolinos. Between the hostile service, outdated facilities, and atrocious wait times, it completely ruined the relaxing getaway we had planned. We will never return.
