Pros:

You need to improve the friendliness, smiles, and overall willingness to be there of the waiters and waitresses at breakfast and at the pool bar.
Furthermore, the welcome at reception is inconsistent, depending on who is behind the desk.
Regarding our room, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell of sewage. The outdated condition of the bathroom also needs to be improved.
On the positive side, the quality of the housekeeping service was very good. The breakfast was quite varied and plentiful, and the hotel’s location is excellent.

Pros:

La camera vista mare al 5 piano con affaccio spettacolare sulla baietta sottostante. La mia camera è sempre stata pulita bene e anche le parti comuni sono pulite ,pur essendo l'hotel molto frequentato.L' ascensore per raggiungere le spiagge.

Cons:

La colazione è pessima e la cena se possibile anche peggio. Cibo di scarsa qualità gettato letteralmente nei vassoi senza un minimo di decoro. Yogurt ,torte con panna e creme esposte fuori frigo per tutta la durata dei buffet.

Pros:

La struttura ha una piscina grande, con un numero di lettini adeguati al numero di ospiti. Difficilmente starai senza.

Cons:

Il check in alle 15.00 è troppo tardi.
La piscina non può aprire alle 11.00: 10 o 10:30 sarebbe l’ideale. Non tutti gli ospiti si svegliano tardi.

Ya lo conocíamos y nos gusta sobre todo la profesionalidad del personal y el ambiente del hotel, ah, y la agilidad para resolver un problema que tenía el baño, fueron muy rápidos

Cons:

Esta vez en concreto la distribución de la habitación que nos dieron no era buena, la cama pegada a la pared dificultaba la accesibilidad para uno de los dos huéspedes y la imposibilidad de ver la tele desde la cama para uno de los dos también

Pros:

Première expérience dans ce genre d' établissement...c'était Kool...sympa...mais pour quelques jours pas plus.. Bien accueilli aux petits déjeuner, personnels souriant et aimable..buffet copieux...chambre bien.

Cons:

l' ensemble du personnel était très bien sauf un, qui n'était pas aimable, nous parlais sèchement,et qui nous a servi au bar de la piscine,des sangrias pour 5 pax,qui étaient vraiment pas bonne, c'était l heure de la fermeture et il n a pas dû apprécier notre commande à ce moment là...je ne sais pas son prénom, petit,,avec une chevelure brune et une grande mèche blanche, lunette rectangulaire noire ..
et nous avons participé au dîner spectacle samedi soir,une table de 8 et je regrette que nous ayons été obligé de partir avant d' avoir fini nos verres, on nouys à carrément dégagé.
