Generally very friendly staff especially in the bars and restaurant. Location is perfect between the town and beach. Huge pool downstairs and great naked pool upstairs with a nice bar and good vibe. Breakfast has very good selection including good coffee. Room is nothing special but on the upper level had a great view of the mountains and sunset. Also had everything I needed and was clean.
Pillows not great in my opinion and needs a coffee machine in the room. Also is expensive but considering the facilities and vibe, i think is a good choice if you're gay.

The location is excellent and some staff, particularly in the upper pool bar are fantastic. Breakfast is also good.
Staff on reception are rude and unobliging. I booked half board and very limited and unappealing selection for dinner, which used to be much better and one evening I suffered bad food poisoning (only place i had eaten and someone said the same ) .
From my bedroom i had two items taken ( i assume by mistake) by the cleaner and I reported to the receptionist- nothing done about it. Same female receptionist ( long scruffy hair) on check out just announced how much I owed for extras - a round figure, but no itemised list available. She also told me to go across the road to get a coffee as it was 10 minutes before breakfast started - no thanks for staying.
During my stay the gym was not available at all, despite being advertised and to make matters worse an extremely rude spa employee told me he had put 10€ on my room for using the spa ( which i hadn’t) when i went to check gym.
Overall, having stayed at this hotel many times it is hard to believe how much it has declined and how little they care for their customers.

La ubicación, las instalaciones y, sobre todo, el trato recibido. Cuando comuniqué el problema con mi habitación, el personal buscó una solución y finalmente me cambiaron a una suite espectacular. La habitación era enorme, muy cómoda, con una cama fantástica, buenas vistas y todo estaba impecable. A partir del cambio, la estancia fue estupenda y pude disfrutar muchísimo del hotel.
No es la primera vez que me alojo aquí y, de hecho, es uno de mis lugares favoritos. Es ese tipo de sitio al que vuelves y sientes que estás en casa, mi pequeño lugar seguro cuando vengo a Torremolinos. En mis últimas estancias el trato ha sido siempre muy bueno y esta vez no ha sido una excepción.
Después del cambio de habitación, todo fue fantástico. Me alojaron en una suite enorme, con una cama espectacular, muy cómoda, luminosa y en una planta alta. La habitación era preciosa y la estancia, a partir de ahí, fue realmente maravillosa. También quiero destacar la atención y la forma en la que solucionaron la situación, porque me sentí muy bien atendido.
La primera habitación que me asignaron, la 507. Parecía que había sido pintada o reformada recientemente y había un olor muy fuerte que hacía que la estancia no resultara agradable. El primer día, entre la hora de llegada y el cansancio, decidí aguantar, pero después me arrepentí de no haber pedido el cambio inmediatamente. Afortunadamente, cuando finalmente se gestionó el cambio de habitación, la experiencia mejoró por completo.
Es algo puntual que cuento simplemente porque fue parte de mi experiencia y prefiero ser sincero tanto para lo bueno como para lo malo. Afortunadamente, la situación se solucionó y después mi estancia fue estupenda.
Room was clean and spacious, pool was clean and lovely hangout area, hotel is close to all local bars / restaurants / clubs etc and is a great social hub. There were lots of negative reviews online, but we found the hotel and experience great.
The rooms are a little dated, but everything works well, nothing a lick of paint or change of the questionable decor - but its only questionable - its not terrible!
