Loved the ambience, location, location, location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Paying to use the sauna. I believe that guests should be able to use it for free. I also didn’t like paying for beach towels. If the hotel is concerned about towels, they can be given at check in and returned at check out.

Établissement relaxant, confortable, bien situé. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Espace spa vraiment très agréable.
Gros défaut, les deux piscines ne sont pas chauffées donc leur usage est très limité sauf en plein été.

Have stayed a few times .Great location, friendly staff,clean room with lovely see views.
WiFi incredibly slow.Also unlike previous visits my bed was not as comfortable (matress very hard) so that was a bit disappointing.

Reservation was under the wrong name. We were there for 10 days, and our check-in room pool-side had no no view of the pool or sea. I requested a room with a balcony as well. We changed rooms 3 days late, requested a high floor and were put on the thrid floor on the same side as first room. The pool water to cold to swim. Fees extra for everything. Sitting by pool-side on mat, 30 extra euros. Roof-top pool you must be naked. Rules not enforced. Staff has preferences to guests. I was called out in front of all guests, and yet ye didn't acknowledge several guests who kept swim suits on. He allowed it.

Needs major renovations. Very very basic rooms. Breakfast is fine. Saw a cockroach at breakfast the first day.

Really nice location in front of the sea (in particular if you book a room with seeview, worth it). Rooms are simple but clean. Good breakfast. Pools are both nice and enjoyable.
The gym could be renovated, considering that people are going. The building is nice, but the isolation between the rooms is limited and you might hear some noises.
The staff was lovely and the hotel is the best experience in Torremolinos
