Excellent location where we felt safe walking to restaurants, and worth the bit more we paid.
Pros:

This was our second stay in this complex during our two weeks in South Africa. Nice apartment - clean, well-equipped, and nice balcony overlooking the canal. Location is superb, as we felt very safe walking to V&A Waterfront for shops and for dinner at night. On-site parking was available for our rental car.

Cons:

On arrival, our taxi driver from the airport struggled to find the reception, as it was a long way into the complex from the entrance. Signposting on-site and instructions in the initial communication would be very helpful.

Excellent apartment in safe location with restaurants walkable, and worth the bit more we paid.
Pros:

Superb apartment, as we must have been upgraded to a two-bedroom compared to the one-bedroom we booked. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, nice balcony overlooking the canal, etc. Location is superb, as we felt very safe walking to V&A Waterfront for shops and for dinner at night. Easy for Uber pickups, and parking was available when we rented a car towards the end of our stay.

Cons:

Overall, a great space to relax and spoil yourself.
Pros:

Spacious and luxurious located conveniently to V&A Waterfront and all the food and shopping options. Beautiful views of the Marina and Table Mounatain. Great hospitality from staff.

Cons:

Sofas in living room were worn and lumpy. Broken or missing drawer handles in kitchen cabinets. There was construction/renovation on going in adjacent space. Not deal breakers, but they did spoil the experience somewhat.

Pros:

When my request for an early check in was declined I expected a difficult stay, but once I got there everything was just smooth sailing. I had a most wonderful stay and I don't see myself staying in any other place on my future visits to Cape Town...very spacious, well equipped kitchen, TV in lounge and bedroom, very clean, good Wi-Fi....but for smokers you can only smoke on the 3rd floor outside, no smoking allowed not only inside but even immediately outside the apartments. I had a wonderful stay and even booked for my associates to join me for the weekend...I will definitely go back again and again.

Everything can always be improved but I can't think of anything much that I can complain about
