The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and always spotless. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available every day. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Only two bottles of drinking water were provided on the first day. After that, water had to be purchased, even during dinner. During the second week, housekeeping repeatedly came around 6:40 p.m., when I was in the shower. I could not answer the door, so my room was not cleaned in the evening. It would be much more convenient if evening housekeeping took place after 7:00 p.m., when most guests are at dinner. Some restaurant staff became noticeably less friendly if you did not buy water or drinks. Although the hotel had been informed in advance that I would be celebrating my 40th birthday during my stay, there was no greeting or even a small gesture such as a card, dessert, or fruit. I understand this is not mandatory, but it is something many hotels do, so I was disappointed that such an important occasion went completely unnoticed. I also do not recommend booking a taxi through the reception, as the price for a very short trip was extremely high. During my stay, I suffered from food poisoning and had a high fever. I was also surprised by the expectation to tip for room cleaning and beach maintenance, as I expected these services to be included in the price of my stay. The beach is beautiful, but swimming is limited because the water is shallow and there are many corals. Finally, on my departure day, although I had paid for the meals I could not use because my flight was changed by the airline, the takeaway meal provided consisted of only a small sandwich, a tiny apple, and a juice box. The sandwich did not appear fresh, so I chose not to eat it. Overall, I believe this hotel is better suited for guests with modest expectations.

Fantastic time at this resort clean, modern and lots to do, staff are all so friendly and helpful. Zubeir looked after our room and did a great job all week. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back

Очень хороший отель и прекрасный просторный номер. Чистый, с хорошим ремонтом. Все номера имеют очень красивый вид на океан. Питание заслуживает отдельного внимания. Оно потрясающее! Разнообразное и очень вкусное. Морепродукты (креветки, ежи, мидии, устрицы, рыба), множество видов мяса. Завтраки тоже очень порадовали разнообразием. Есть бассейн и детские зоны. Пляж хороший, плавает много рыбок в океане, плавали с маской. Заход не очень удобный, есть водоросли и камни. Но это на всем острове. Мы уезжали и на другие пляжи, и оставались возле отеля снорклить. Очень достойный отель.

Pas assez d’animations sportives le matin et animations du soir tres moyennes. L’eau payante même au dîner alors qu’on est en demi pension je trouve cela mesquin et décevant pour un hôtel de cette qualité. Ne pas pouvoir toujours utiliser la base nautique à cause de la marée basse, il fallait attendre parfois le milieu de l’après midi pour s’inscrire au ski nautique ou faire du paddle
