Friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and the fact that there was an on-site guest laundry matt was a huge bonus as well, and the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't dislike really anything about staying at this Super 8 location I mean they could've had a couple of smoking rooms but the rooms are all non smoking but that wasn't at all a big deal.

Hotel sold my room and only offered dirty rooms to replace it with

Nothing to put in this box!

Cons:

Room was canceled and still haven’t received refund. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Rooms that were offered to me were dirty.

No big complaints but they should be taken into consideration
Pros:

Im a travel night shift medical worker. Site is quiet, clean, nice staff, occasional on-site discounts. And when I say the blackout curtains Black out, my room stay dark.

Cons:

Breakfast choices could be better. Its all carb. Bread, honey bun cereal. For price paid to stay it should have fruit individual peanut butter cups and fruit for diabetics.

Pros:

The management was very accommodating and helpful. The building was very new or renovated. The furniture was mostly good. The room was spotless clean and in good repair. Fridge and microwave in room was great! Great location, near the main highway. Great phone communication. Great value for the price.

Cons:

They claimed it was a handicap accessible room, but IT WAS NOT! No hose on the shower, no stool in the tub, and the bed was VERY HIGH I was unable to climb up. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. You can feel the coils. Some of the guest appear to live there full-time. The housekeeper was extremely rude to me. There are many car sized potholes outside.
